Shoe is comfortable right out of the box.The top covers more of the foot than most, so had to take out any extra padding since it made them too tight.
Love these sandals! I wear them almost everyday. Very comfortable and versatile.
Warning! Note the angle of the front shoe form. It is not at 90 degree but an outward 45. This ensures the front will be stubbed while walking and will be worn out easily. The sole will be easily separated and water will get in between. Wasted money!
I have problem feet that require a large toe box, and normally wear the same Munro shoes or sneakers. I travel regularly abroad and wanted a casual shoe that would also be suitable for business: This shoe really did the job! They are very comfortable, can be worn casually, with pant suits to work and also look fine well with tights and dresses. My only issue is that the strap is too long: about an inch and one/half hangs over when the velcro is pulled tight. I highly recommend them for people with hammertoes or corns or bunions!
Finally I have found the perfect shoe for my daughter's wedding! This shoe is comfortable with good support to the arch of your foot and it looks great ! You can easily slip this shoe on and off with out unbuckling the strap. Zappos has been wonderful as I searched for the perfect shoe! I have tried several and was able to easily return the previous shoes that weren't quite the right choice! They should have a star rating option for service because it would get a 5 Star every time I have ordered!
These sandals are like pillows for my feet. The comfy footbed cradles my foot and the adjustable straps accommodate any size change in my feet due to swelling. The arch support is wonderful. Amazing comfort. You have to feel it to believe it. So grateful for my new Nikki sandalistas!

These sandals are super comfortable and I love them. They look great and have lots of cushioning in the footbed. Great for narrow feet because all three straps are adjustable. Unfortunately they squeak when I walk, has anybody else solved this problem?

Very comfortable. Great arch support and all three straps are adjustable so you can make them fit your feet.

Very comfortable and stylish but the "leather" on edges of sole is so thin that it wore off in 2 months. Company gave me new pair; it has done the same thing so I had to cover it with black duct tape! I have never had this problem in any other sandal. Cheap materials.

I bought these in three colors and wear them all summer long. My podiatrist ordered my orthotic built into the footbed of the first paid and I just switch it to whichever color I want to wear that day. You can't beat this shoe because everyone of the straps is adjustable just to fit you.
I bought this shoe from my podiatrist's office. It was immensely painful the very first time I tried it on, but they wouldn't accept the return. Skip this...that ring will kill you!
I love this shoe. Perfect heel height, very comfortable foot bed with excellent arch support. The strap arrangement is very stable on the foot, but not clunky looking. The look is dressy, but not too formal -- you could wear it for evening or office. Works with pants and skirts. Extremely well made, and worth the money.
Love this shoe! I've gotten tons of compliments on these shoes; they go well with skirts, dresses and dress slacks. They are extremely comfortable; the foam footbed is thick and very cushy. The only problem is that my feet get really hot in them. The foam is so cushioning that I feel like I could run in them, but it's also very insulating!!! So hot feet for all-day comfort is a small sacrifice!

I bought this shoe from the shoe store at my podiatrist’s office. I've had severe plantar fasciitis for several years. This sandal gives such great arch support and heel cushioning that I can wear it without my orthotics--and that is a rare thing! My left shoe does have a really annoying squeak, but that is my only complaint. I wore them for a month at the end of last summer, and wear them almost daily now. I've even gotten compliments on how cute they are, and if you've been stuck in ugly shoes that can accommodate your orthotics for a couple of years, that means a lot! :)
I wear an 8.5 and ordered that. They fit perfectly; however, if I wanted to wear thick socks with them, I would need to order a 9. They had great arch support and felt comfy to walk around the house in. I have discovered though, that I apparently would like a fashion rain boot that is also highly functional. These had all of the right technical things going for it; I just didn't like the look. Not my thing.
The shoe has an ice amount of cushioning, but it is a bit clunky and heavy. More arch support would be great.
I have a very wide foot and bunions. This is the most comfortable "strappy" heel I've purchased in a very long time. It's true to size and width. And, it looks great on my foot!
I bought these shoes for a trip to Europe. I walked a lot and they were very comfortable. I really liked the mosaic footbed and they were attractive for being so comfortable but they quickly started looking shabby as the sole is covered with some sort of thin coating that scuffs and peels easily. Back in the US I bought another pair thinking that I might have better luck but the same thing happened quickly. If the manufacturer would make the shoes more durable, I would buy again, but not until. I would happily buy the footbed though to put in another shoe.
