Each pair of Alegria shoes are hand-stitched and made from genuine leather and suede with their signature rocker bottom outsole. Alegria shoes not only look good on the outside, but also make you feel good thanks to the Perfect Fit Footbed System and rocker outsoles. Their patented, interlocking footbed system features arch support and is loaded with latex, memory foam, and cork to create a uniquely perfect fit every time by forming to the natural contours of your foot. The greatest aspect of all with Alegria's footbed is that they are removable giving you the opportunity to insert you own custom orthotics if you choice to do so. Not to be forgotten is Alegria's special rocker outsoles. Engineered to roll naturally so that you reduce heel and central metatarsal pressure, the lightweight rocker outsole also encourages proper posture and a normal gait.

Whether you are a full-coverage shoe customer or like to spice it up with clogs and mary janes, Alegria footwear is sure to impress you with their style and comfort. With collections such as the Professional Collection, now doctors, nurses, chefs, and hairstylists can enjoy fashionable workforce footwear that not only looks good, but is also stain and slip resistant. I ordered this shoe hoping it could replace my Golden Gate Dansko's. Nope. The leather wore out pretty quickly and appears cracked at where you foot naturally bends. These look like a pair of bad orthopedic shoes.

Comfortable and well made, I will wear these often for casual use. The Tetrus Blue color is a very dark and shiny blue-gray rather than a true blue. If in doubt about size, go up: I wear a 10 and the 41 (10.5) was just right.

It's true that these shoes are very wide in the toe box and comfortable in that sense, but wow are they just unattractive. I was hoping the faux leather black would look professional, but the bright silver stitching makes it look much more childish and if nothing else, that unnecessary band around the entire shoe just adds to the visual width. In comparison, the SoftWalk lines will look a bit slimmer on an already wide toe.

Felt like a very supportive shoe. Good arch support. The shoe was not feminine. Looked like a work shoe. Thanks Zappos for letting me try them!

These are really comfortable but they do run big.

I love Alegria shoes. They seem to be the most comfortable shoes I can find for my rather flat feet and sore knees. These shoes were true to what I expect from Alegria - comfortable with good support. I didn't care for the styling of this pair though. They looked huge on my feet! In fairness, I do wear an 11, but these seemed to really accentuate that.

I wore these shoes for many 12 hour shifts for 3 years until I literally rubbed a hole in the leather. I over-pronate when I walk, so a bit of the leather touches the ground. I loved them so much, I never wanted to say goodbye. Not only were they comfortable, but I also got compliments on them almost everyday. I wish they would come up with vegan version, as I got them only a few months before I stopped wearing leather.

these are so cute AND comfortable! I own a few Alegria shoes and like them all for their comfort. bought these in pewter and love the way they dress up capris or skirts and still feel so good. the fit is true to size, the Velcro straps were just right for me too.

Loved the shoe and the color, grid blue. My Dayna sz 42 are too big, so I ordered and 41 in the belle. Way too small. Had to return, got a different color as the grid blue was not available in sz 42.I got raked garden sz 42 in the belle. It is narrower and shorter than than sz 42 in Dayna. But I think they'll work, as other reviews have said they give as they are broken in and the sole molds to the foot. Wish the sizes weren't so inconsistent from style to style. But these are great shoes for my plantar faciitis and also my kness as I've had knee replacement. As ALWAYS, so very pleased with zappos!!! They are my favorite go-to for shoes.
