Arcopedico Reviews
This is one of the most wonderful shoes my challenging feet have ever had. The fit is good. The wide strap helps with support. It could not be more chic! I have the dark brown but will sure consider other colors. Love it!

These shoes are great - the next best thing to going barefoot. The mesh keeps them cool and the rubber sole is very practical. I generally keep three pairs on hand (beige, black, brown). I should add that, when I ordered another Arcopedico design that did not work out as well, it was as easy as pie to return them to Zappos. And I am someone who usually avoids ever having to return anything.
Solid, well constructed shoe. A little bit clunky, but in an offbeat, trendy European sort of way. Wish I could have kept them, but I decided I couldn't afford the price.
Very comfortable shoe. Stays on because of toggle to adjust tightness across bridge of foot especially if you have a narrow foot. Raised ridge across sole under toes, helps foot stay positioned where it's supposed to be.
I absolutely love these shoes! I bought them last year for a trip through Europe, as I was looking for something comfortable that provided good arch support that would look better than athletic shoes. These are so soft and comfortable, they needed no time for breaking in. No blisters throughout my trip. I have a bony area on the top of my foot from prior foot surgery, and many skimmers and mary janes cut into the area, but these have a more modest scoop, and I had no issues. I did find that when my feet swelled at the end of the day, the elastic straps dug in a bit, but not too badly. I am getting another pair of this brand for another walking vacation this year.
I thought this would be a unique shoe to wear when traveling, easy to slip off in the airport and comfortable. While it is very comfortable, I wouldn't want to wear it when I have to walk any distance, like in an airport, because there is no contouring in the footbed under the toes, and nothing to 'grip' as you walk. It's like wearing hard-bottomed socks and they just slide around under your foot. I will keep them for dashing to the store, but not for travel.
Love this shoe! It's the perfect blend of dressy and casual. Post-surgery feet can be rather touchy, so this one fits the bill with enough cushy-ness in the foot bed and a roomy toe-box. Comfy enough to wear all day. I had to go up a half size.
Other reviewers are right -- this shoe runs small. I have many pairs of Arcopedico shoes and boots, and they are all size 39, but in this style I would have to get a 40. Unfortunately the color I want is not available in that size. Too bad, it's a cute style.
I buy my shoes at Catch as the Catch Can store on Connecticut Avenue in Washington, DC. (when I visit my Son). So far I have three pairs in different colors and I love them! My first black pair was worn almost every day for three years, even in my Daughter's barn here in Oregon. They are definitely five stars!
I have these wonderful feather weight shoes. It is like wearing a pair of slippers. They totally conform to your feet. The arch is high, so it may not fit all feet well. I love them!
I felt like it was time to step it up from my flip-flops to some grown-up shoes. These are way more comfortable and I pass as an adult.
I love these! I have had Arcopedico shoes in a totally different style and they make my feet happy. I have a very high arch and was concerned I couldn't wear these, but no problem! Also the straps are firm and solid and so far have not stretched which is a good thing. I have worn them several times already and think they will be terrific through the summer. They are cute enough for skirts and with jeans, not too clunky. 5 stars!
Love these shoes. Have bought every color and wear them everywhere. Lightweight for traveling and sightseeing. Perfect for my needs.
I bought these when I hurt my foot dancing and needed boots that fit my temporary orthotics. I like them so much that I kept wearing them a lot after it healed. I was looking for something comfortable but not frumpy or old, and these are great. I get compliments on them all the time. The slouched leather is a great touch. My only minor complaints: the inside of the snap rubs against my anklebone if I don't wear tall socks, but I fixed that with some tape (couldn't they have put the snap inside the lining?). And, they're not actually ideal for orthotics, because they have their own built-in arch support so my orthotics don't sit flat in them. Other Arcopedico shoes have a thick removable insole, but this just has a thin leather liner.
Very comfortable, true to size, well crafted shoe for anyone with hammer toes. Spacious toe box.Fantastic arch support. No break in time required. Even if you don't have foot issues these shoes are very attractive!
Very comfortable right out of box but runs large, I got the 38 (normally wear a size 8) but the heel gapped afraid the 37 would be too small!
I would highly recommend this boots to anyone with narrow/small calves, they fit like a glove and are fully adjustable and super comfy.
I fell in love with this sandal when I saw it but I found it to be unwearable. I could not keep it on - it was slipping off when I walked. Sorry!

From the beginning, there was only one goal for Professor Elio Parodi - create a piece of footwear that would be synonymous with the word "comfort." In 1966, Professor Parodi succeeded in attaining his goal and Arcopedico® footwear was born. Our feet have been thanking him ever since.
