Circa Joan & David

If you are thinking about buying these shoes, don't delay another second! They are absolutely beautiful and very, very well made. Although they look very elegant in the picture, they are even more spectacular in reality! Love, love, love them!

LOVE these shoes; I've been looking for a pair like this for a very long time. These were comfortable immediately and I wore them for an entire evening of standing and dancing. Though I wore them for a nighttime event, they would be perfect for daytime too.

This is a beautiful pump for work or a night on the town. The adjustable back strap gives me the ability to tighten this after the patent stretches, which every patent shoe has for me in the past. The heel is at a comfortable height, and the shoe does require some breaking in, so I wouldn't wear them out of the box for a big event. I've purchased from Circa Joan and David in the past, and I am still happy with the quality of the brand.

Joan and David patent leather are my favorite shoe. Something about their fit on my foot makes them perfect. I always buy several of the same shoe and this was no exception.

These shoes are very comfortable. I have the tan shoes. I just ordered the yellow shoes but I was Very Disappointed with the color! The color yellow you see online is not what you get in person. The color is a pale yellow looks lime. I was expecting a more brighter yellow. I will be returning these shoes!

Love the shoe. Order the next smaller size as these run large.

Look amazing, but way too long for me. About two inches behind my heel, and too narrow. Since I ordered wide, I'd say this shoe runs pretty narrow. So reluctant to send these back, but there's no way I can wear them.

These are pretty sandals, but the straps around the ankle are too wide. There is no way to keep the shoes in place unless you take them to the shoemaker to make the straps shorter. They are not worth the money. I will return them.

These shoes are elegant enough to wear with either jeans or dressy slax. They are so comfortable and so classy, I bought a second pair.

These are so bright, festive and comfortable! Also, coral is a new neutral so I will got a lot of use out of these.

I have had this same shoe before and love it! The heel is short and the toe is pointy. But don't let that fool ya - there is plety of room that your toes are not squished. The patent top and buckle are very understated and classy.

I wear a regular 9M. This shoe is very nice but feels loose. So I would have to wear without nylons. Also, because it is made abroad the patent leather is a little stiff. Not sure if I will keep.

I love these shoes. I bought about 4 pair at the same time and this pair is absolutely my favourite! I love the blend of classic (navy, reasonable height) with fun (with the snake skin trim). Over all just nice shoes.

I recently had to change shoe size from a 6m to a 7N due to a problem with my feet. Since narrow width shoes are almost impossible to find in a retail store I went online to Zappos and was very surprised at the selection available. I ordered the Circa Joan & David Yavin because I'm a big "Joan and David" fan. They look classy, fit great, and are comfortable to have on all day. I've received many compliments on the style and quality. Also, my podiatrist said it was an excellent choice. I just wish I could also get it in brown.

Great shoe, but it does not (as another review said) run small. I'm almost always a size 8 (and not a small size 8), and after reading the other review, I ordered a half size up. Wrong! It was way too big. Returning for the size I should have bought in the first place.

I was disappointed that this shoe did not work. I have a narrow foot, but often with pointy toes an 8 Medium will work. This was way too big, but still felt tight in the toe box and was uncomfortable, so I did not think a 7.5 would work. Also, the strap is decoration and not adjustable. Very pretty though and I like the cream color.

Very comfortable shoes - perfect for travel, and not as ugly as shoes for travel usually have to be! Edge where heel hits a bit rough, but a stick-in heel pad corrected the problem. Can be worn with socks or without.

I love these shoes - wear them frequently. Must say they were a bit more narrow (small?) than usual. May want to get a half size larger if you order(?).

These are such modest little shoes, and yet I receive more compliments on them than any other shoes I wear (and I have some very cute ones!). Very comfortable all office-day long. They seem very durable too.

These shoes are gorgeous. But, they are not orange. They really should be described as red. So, they don't match the outfit for which I bought them, but I decided to keep them anyway.
