I just received my shoes and I placed the order yesterday. Zappos you are fast and I love it! Sadly, before opening the box I had such high hopes for this shoe. When I opened the box I was disappointed, especially after paying this much for these shoes. They were not worth it. I possibly would have paid fifty dollars but no more than that. They look cheap. If I am giving up this much, I expect quality as well as looks and this did not fit the bill.

I absolutely love these shoes. So cute and comfortable and they go with everything.

Great looking but the ankle part was way to wide for me.

These are darling and comfortable too. They run true to size but there is some flexibility. I am usually a 6.5, sometimes 7 and I have these in 3 colors: nude, coral and the blue. They were out of the 6.5 in one color so I ordered the 7 and they fit just fine. I get so many compliments and these are my go to shoes.

I ordered the tan these are great shoes with tall heels, that are stable, and so comfortable. Order them, you will not be sorry. I love you, Zappos!

These are nicely styled boots, but the leather on the boot shaft is kind of puffy. It really reminds of the 80's feel. That is not what I wanted, but I would say if you like the looks on line then give them a try for the sale price.

This was a gift for my daughter and she loved them. Delivery was very fast, as usual from Zappos, and they were just what I had expected. Another great transaction from a very dependable store!

Very cute design and nice leather on top but the sole is very hard and rigid and the workmanship does not look like what I would expect for this price: you can see glue and space between the two thin layers of sole where they sandwich the straps - and it makes me wonder how well the straps are attached. Zero support/zero padding. I could wear them with orthotics but not worth it for this price. Very disappointed because I really wanted to like them but they're going back.

Awww...this shoe is so cute and comfy in its clunky way. It makes me smile every time I look at it. Love it!

I ordered this shoe in the nude color, and it was gorgeous in person - not too pink, not too yellow, just a beautiful, super soft nude suede. Fit true to size. The heel was a bit low for my tastes.

This shoe is great! They are well constructed, the color is perfect and the suede is super soft, but get your Scotchgard out! WARNING ON BEING TRUE TO SIZE: I'm always a true 8.5 with DV, but if my foot was one centimeter bigger than these would be too small. They are kind of skimpy in that respect. So if you are between sizes, I would go up. The platform isn't a problem for walking, I've been very comfortable in them, and it makes the heel more manageable. Cute with shorts/dresses/ankle pants. Get ‘em!

Where do I begin? I love these boots. I got the Desert in size 10, and they are a true 10. I was a bit nervous about how they would fit, but they fit perfectly. FYI, I am a size 12-14 jeans, and they zip up with no problems with jeans tucked in, and there is very minimal slouching (almost none). And the zipper detail in the back is hot. The desert color is not as light as I thought, but it looks pretty close to the color on my monitor, it's like a dark sand color; kind of like the beige Ugg sweater boots. The leather is very nice on this boot. I couldn't be more pleased. A very nice neutral boot.

I bought these boots in a store in Brooklyn, I was going for another pair and the guy helping me suggested these instead. They are super cute and really comfortable. I can wear them all day and they don't hurt at all. Very happy.

I loved these boots online so much that I decided to order them in a size bigger than mine (mine was out of stock) hoping that they ran small. Unfortunately no such luck. These run true to size and seem like they would have been super comfortable had the size matched up. The only thing to note is that the shaft on them is a bit wider than I had expected (I could easily fit them over boot-cut jeans) and the ankle area is a bit loose (I have noticed this on my other pair of Dolce Vitas as well) Other than that these are nice leather to the knee boots.

I was very excited about how these boots looked on-line, but was totally disappointed when I got them and tried them on. In the picture they look sleek fitting, but they actually are very baggy in the ankle feeling more like an all weather boot rather than a fashion boot.They are well made with leather soles, but I thought the leather would be a better quality. I did not fall in love, so these boots went back to Zappos.

I love these! soft, supple leather, not stiff at all. Wear and walk, no breaking in, perfect combination of brown or gray, depending on what you wear with it, goes with work dresses or jeans. Quality is really, really nice.

In my quest for the perfect tall black boot, I found these to be a bit bunchy around the ankles. They did seem like they were well made and comfortable though. Skinny jeans would fit well under them. Maybe a tiny big bigger than marked, but not a half size. I am returning them and ordering the next pair on my list, from Zappos of course!

Wanted to add to my previous review (accidentally sent it, not finished). I have wide enough foot and high instep. Was almost sure they would not fit. But I liked them so much, that decided to give them a try. My shoe size is 7.5, but I always buy boots size 8, because of my specialties, I described above :) Size 8 fits perfect. I was really worried, because they are slide-on, without any zipper or something like this, and I probably would not be able to put them on. But they are just fine! They look stunning in mid-brown color I got! The only thing and the shaft is on the wider side, so if you have very thin calf, you might not be happy. If only to tucked jeans into? Highly recommend these boots.

These are gorgeous and comfortable and have everything I want from a pair of boots. But I had to return them as they are too high. They sit on my knees making it uncomfortable to walk, and I am pretty tall. I wish they were a few inches lower. These were so close!
