Nice leather, sole has some cushion, no arch support but still comfortable
Love these!! I wanted something stylish and comfy in a slip on...these fit the bill! The pointed toe and leather upper give a modern & grown up twist to a casual walking shoe. Saw these in person at a dept. store that didn't have my size, so I immediately went to Zappos. The reviews were so-so regarding size. I'm a 11.5-12, and these only went up to an 11, so I was really taking a chance. But I had high hopes. Right out of the box they felt super snug. The length was ok for me, despite to the pointed toe...they must've factored in that aspect and made them a little on the big side. So snug, but not painful, though tight enough that I contemplated returning them. I've had enough shoes that I'd hope to stretch out that never do...and while not the most expensive shoes I've wasted money on, not the cheapest either. The leather was extremely soft & I'd hoped they'd stretch, and I did feel them relax after wearing them a little around the house...but still not enough to convince me they were keepers. Then I remembered one of the other reviewers mentioned being able to take out the insoles (which are REALLY cushy & nice, btw!) to accommodate orthotics...and that made me think if I did that, maybe I could alleviate the tightness & discomfort enough to break them in. Worked like a charm! I switched out the original insoles for some of my own (plantar fasciitis sufferer), and they've been great! I've been wearing them all day w/o any discomfort, no blistering and no slipping. I hope I can add back in the original insoles so that I can make these my primary walking shoes, but if not, they'll work great with my own. If you're on the fence about these, I recommend giving them a shot. Keep in mind...they are pointy! They're not going to make your feet look small (nothing makes mine look small anyway!), but you will feel like you found a girly, grown-up equivalent of Vans. Stylish, comfy and definitely cool!
Love the way these look and feel. I suggest ordering a .5 size down, at least. The platform is not too high. My only complaint, as is the same with many slipons, is that they do slip off the heel when I walk. I bought the smallest size I could wear and this is still an issue.
Shoe looks just like picture, but due to running a little small my heel was 'on top of' the back rim so am returning. No flaws, just didn't fit as expected.
When I got them on I thought they were a totally different shoe than I ordered. So much toe cleavage, it was like mid toe and really pointy. I didn't care for them.
I got the leopard print and I absolutely love them. Super stylish with some toe cleavage and a pointed toe. This is my third pair of Dr. Scholl's flats and I'll be back for more.
Super cute and extremely light weight and comfortable! Love them!
I wasn't sure about these because of the "work" in the description but dangit, I wanted comfortable flats that don't smell when I wear them for a full day. These arrived and they're very cute! I love the pointed toe and I love the fact that the insole has some cushion to it. So many flats are just way too flat on the inside. You can hardly see the bottom when they're on and they just look like cute normal fashionable flats. I normally wear a 7 or a 7.5 in most other brands, I opted for a 7 in these and they are a good fit. I think a size down would be too tight. With these I can put little heel protectors in the back and they still are comfortable.
Could not even get my foot into this shoe. I wear a 9 or 9.5M. This shoe in a size 9.5 M was so narrow that I literally couldn't even start to get it on my foot. It's cute, but that's about all I can say about it since I have no idea how comfortable it might have been, had I been able to get into it. I certainly expected more from Dr. Scholl's.
My size varies from a 7.5-8, and I definitely took an 8 in these. I have narrow feet, so the width was perfect. As long as you don't have wide feet, width shouldn't be a problem. I like that these are attractive, lightweight, and breathable.
