El Naturalista Reviews
I read good reviews of these shoes before I purchased them. I tried them on in the store, and they felt comfortable and fit well. But, walking for more than a block and the shoes feel hard, rigid and inflexible without support or cushioning. My feet are so sore that I cannot walk. I am very disappointed. I have El Nat boots which I love, but these are a waste.

These are the most comfortable shoes! I surprised my friend while traveling in Europe because they were pretty much all I wore. So needless to say they are great for walking! True to size snug at first but definitely stretches out perfectly. If you are into Clogs, these are a must!
I love them, they're beautiful. Nice leather, great design, very comfortable. The only warning I'd give is that they make my foot look long. I'm 5'8" and wear a size 8.5, which isn't really big for my height but that's something I've noticed about them compared to my other shoes. It might be that the footbed is a bit narrow. So if you're self conscious about your foot size maybe not the best shoe for you.
Love these sandals! comfortable, and unusual! I have a narrow foot (wear size 10) and the area where my instep is did seem to bag a little on the inside of the shoe. But not enough to make me want to return it. Got it in black, and really enjoy wearing it - you have height but it is like walking in flats.
Love this shoe as it is really comfy and versatile but the toe box is angled and so my second toe being larger rubs against the front. I wish there were half sizes!!! :(
I recently bought the another short boot from El Naturalista, and assumed the sizing would be the same. Unfortunately, this one was too big. It seems that the size can be different with each style. I love the materials this company uses, and the craftsmanship is very good. This style doesn't have much cushion or arch support, unlike the clog-like sole of their other shoes and boots. Although the sizing is so unpredictable, Zappos makes it easy to try things on and return what doesn't fit.
Each El Naturalista style seems to have its own sizing, which can be frustrating. This style runs very small, and I would recommend ordering one full size larger than you normally wear. They also seem to vary by color. I ordered this shoe in black and brown-henna, and while the black just fit, the brown was too small. They don't have any arch support, and there isn't enough room to add orthotics, even when removing the insole it comes with.
These are so cute and feel as if they would be very comfortable but run very small. I usually wear a 9, ordered a 40 and it was too short.
These have a comfortable upper, but a strange sole. As though there is a ball of extra padding right under the knuckle of the big toe, where you do not need it. Why not put the extra padding in the arch? They look pretty frumpy on the foot in black, they might be much cuter in red. Back they goe.

These shoes are great. They do run small though - be aware...an entire size. They are very comfortable. The strap allows for tightening if the shoes stretch out. They are casual enough for everyday wear but also professional enough to wear to work in my clinic. I love them.
I love this shoe! For a Spanish shoe it fits nicely narrow but it must go back because the oblique cut of the toe doesn't give my 2nd toe enough room.If it had a round toe I could go down a size.
This is absolutely the cutest shoe ever. I purchased the gray/blue color and it goes with everything. I was a bit concerned about the ribbon-like tie, but it is nice and sturdy, plus - it gives me the option to tighten the heel strap (I have a very narrow heel) which is great. This shoe is comfortable... not quite as comfortable as their more padded styles, but still comfortable to wear shopping, out to dinner, etc. It looks great with jeans or a skirt and I can't wait to wear it. I feel quite certain it will turn heads, and you know how we women like that! Thanks, Zappos! You are the best!
Extremely comfortable and lightweight! Very trendy looking. The upper part of the sole is rattan, which is a bit weird if you aren't expecting it. I live in a wet climate and it remains to be seen if they will hold up, but so far so good!
I love these shoes. They are very comfortable, true to size. This is one of my new favorite shoe brand of shoes and lets me enjoy wearing heels again... all day!
These are very cute shoes. The the quality seems great. However, the sizing is not generous. My size did not even begin to fit. Try to order up a size, if possible. I cannot really give them less than five stars - I wish there was a "no star" selection as I do not want to vote these shoes up or down. i just want to give feedback for other buyers.
The quality and style of this shoe is great... I think. It just did not even come close to fitting. Not even close. I have a big foot, and a larger size is not an option for me. The leather, stitching, sole ... all looked great. Some may want to know that the strap is not adjustable on the top.
These are super cute but made my feet bleed! The leather is very stiff. My feet are not picky, and I've worn a wide range of brands over the years (cheap and expensive) and it is really the first time I got blisters...so I was shocked when it started to hurt only after 20 minutes of walking, and when I took off the shoes, the whole back part was covered in blood! Ouch! Also sizing is off, but you knew that from the other reviews.
Really liked this shoe, and the quality is definitely there. The size felt about right, except for being too tight in the toe, and that is the only reason I had to return them.
Extremely comfortable and easy to enter. Have had floks ask me what kind of sandal it is. Feels almost like being barefooted. Love them!
