Beautiful quality shoe; nice leather, looks better than picture. Fit and width are true. Zappos VIP service is the best in the business!

I ordered these and a pair of Keds. I kept the Keds. These shoes look cool, but there's hardly any support or padding. They kind of keel like very loose-fitting Chucks...but slip-ons.

Comfortable, true to size, and holding together well after daily wear for three months. These shoes look sharp with dress slacks or jeans, and the suede finish dusts off easily.

The top of the shoe looks nice; however, my husband had a fit problem...potentially his foot is too wide for the sandal as he felt like the shoe was going to fly off his foot when he walked. Bottom was comfy and the look was good so probably just not wide enough to fit right on his foot.

I really love this shoe. It took a while to break in but I'm very happy with them. Although they have no tread, the sole is made of a durable and sticky-ish rubber that provides adequate traction. I wear them as a work shoe and to go out with. The look great with jeans. My only complaint would be the sharp edge of the tongue on my ankle but I think that's wearing in the more I wear them.

I've just returned from spending three months walking all over the UK with these boots. I wanted attractive, yet not-too-flashy boots to wear. This was the only pair of shoes I brought for my trip and I was very pleased with them. I found them comfortable but I did purchase insoles which I used since day one. They are bendable, airy, and provided good support for me. While I am not a fan of the side design, they were easy to put on and off. They seemed to scuff up as would be expected from any shoes. The weather was not too cold but they seemed to do acceptable the majority of the time. I did notice they were not 100% water proof and moisture would seep in under certain weather. Overall, I am very pleased with these boots. They were versatile in that they could be dressy enough yet looked great with jeans as well.

I purchased GBX 13356 (same shoe/different color) from another retailer. (Not available alas...) really like style but beware...shoe runs narrow and small about 1/2 size. I normally wear 12D should have gone with 13D or 13W. Arch support is moderate at best. Still fits but pinches slightly. Hopefully use of trees and wear will stretch out a little as return policy there not nearly as kind as here!

This was very comfortable right out of the box. It has great padding almost like memory foam. I wear this boot daily!

Great boots! Fits true to size,very comfortable. Great looking boot at wonderful price. Zappos is only way to shop. If Zappos carries everything, it would be the only place I would shop! Way customer service should be.

Great looking shoe for the price, very comfortable once broken in (a couple days of wear). Already gotten compliments on them.

This GBX shoe is great in so many regards. It feels comfortable immediately, without any break-in period. The weight is perfect, not clunky and heavy, but not too light either. The style is good -- haven't gotten any complaints from my [very fashion conscious] friends, nor the secretaries at the law firm at which I work. The "boot like" soles aren't anything like the picture would indicate, and disappear as soon as you pair the shoes with a suit. Best of all, if you're older like me and need orthotic innersoles on the shoes you wear daily, these shoes are perfect for replacing the innersoles.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for our son. Dealing with Zappos was trouble free. Product arrived promptly and was as described. Would definitely order from Zappos again.
