Harveys Seatbelt Bag

Purse appears to be very well made, and the color is true to photo. My only complaints are that it doesn't open very wide, so is difficult to view contents, and there is not a zippered pocket inside. The pockets are also somewhat small.

This is my 4th Harvey's bag. This is my first carriage tote. I wasn't sure if I would like it since the seat belt fabric isn't inter-woven like the other traditional Harvey's totes. I do like this bag more than I thought I would. The blue denim color will go with just about anything. It stays on my shoulder and the color will hide most stains, etc. Seems to be plenty of room inside. I have the large totes from Harvey's and the inside seems about as spacious as those. It isn't quite as heavy as the regular large tote. The only thing I am not 100% sure about it the fake stitching on the denim. I wish it were real. It is flat/one dimensional and part of the seatbelt fabric. You can zoom in on the stitching and judge for yourself. Overall, a fun bag, perfect for spring/summer.

I love this brand and have several of them. I was so happy to see one in green and ordered it immediately. This bag is very roomy, which I love, and the green is gorgeous. Unfortunately, this particular style is extremely heavy to carry around all day. I'm used to a large, heavy purse but this bag was just too much. I was sad to have to return such a beautiful bag but it just wasn't worth the back and shoulder pain.

I purchased an original large tote in black in 2000. I still get compliments and the tote looks like new! After 12 years, a marriage, new house and 2 kids... still looks new. This is a fantastic product. I am very hard on purses and have even managed to drive a Frye tote into the ground. but the seat belt bag is still going strong and look new. You will not be disappointed.

I just got this bag and it is amazing! I can fit all of my stuff in it and still have room for a bike lock and light jacket. It is very comfortable and the adjustable strap makes it really easy to ride bike with it on. I had hesitations and was looking for youtube videos galore but am very glad I got it and maybe will make my own video revie.

I got the multi color green bag and love it! The photos do not do it justice. My friends are all now wanting to get one too. This bag will last a lifetime!

In comparison to my other Harveys bags, this one is small for me. I love the color and holds up well.

I love this cute little bag! It is the newest member of my Harvey's bag collection. It is the perfect size to run around with my three kids, and to carry while carrying an 11 month old. It is such a beautiful teal color, it is even more beautiful in the sun, it just glows. I absolutely love it!

I bought this wallet for myself for Christmas. I'm not really a Barbie fan, but I love this print. I think it's fun. I love these big Harvey wallets. They allow enough room for everything I carry and I like the flap for your checkbook. This is the second large wallet like this that I purchased. I'm also extremely happy that it's USA made. That's very important to me.

Cute, but my sunglasses did not even begin to fit in this case. Also, the velcro closure is extremely loud.

I love it! It is the perfect size and is a nice fabric, very durable. I have received lots of compliments on it already! The color goes nicely with lots of other colors.

This clutch is extremely versatile and very sturdy. I am a huge Barbie fan so the Barbie lining is a very fun detail.

This bag is amazing. I have about 8 different bags from Harveys. This is my newest addition and I would say it ranks as my number one choice. It's great for everything traveling or a night on the town. I often find myself using it for my camera bag. The color combo is great, too. I got tons of compliments!

This review is very late (two years!) but worth writing. This is my absolute favorite purse in the world! I have used it almost daily for two years and it still looks new. Get compliments on it all the time (many from guys in hardware stores), and people are always amazed it's really made of seatbelts. When it gets dirty, I put it in a mesh bag and wash it in the washing machine. Comes out great! It's also the perfect size - not too big, not too small, and it has the metal feet! Awesome bag!

I love this bag. I love the zipper all the way across the top and the weight. It isn't too heavy when empty and has good structure to it. The bag doesn't collapse in a heap, it stands up nicely. It's a nice size to hold your necessities, but not too big and clunky. The straps are a great length for wearing on the shoulder. The colors are very nice and to think I have saved some seat belts from the landfill, makes me very happy. Of course, the fun lining is a nice touch. Most of all, I love the fact that this bag is made in the USA. I'd love to see more USA made products to support the workers in this country. Go Harvey's!

This is a really great bag, as all the other reviews say. Holds a lot of stuff and the pockets keep me organized. I like that there are a couple of pockets specifically for pens. My only gripe is with the key ring on the inside of the bag. The key ring has square edges which makes it unnecessarily difficult to get keys on and off. I wish they would've gone with a rounded key ring instead as that would make it much easier to get keys on and off. But this is a very small gripe and I still have to say that this is the best purse I've ever owned. It is a bit on the heavy side as a previous reviewer mentioned so I would probably want to switch it out with a different bag if I were planning on walking around with it all day. It looks stylish and unique. I've only owned it for about a week and have already received multiple compliments on it.

This bag is beautiful! The color is very nice. The picture does not do it justice. I would recommend this product and if I only had one purse for the rest of my life this would be it!

I have two other Harvey's bags and love them. I was so looking forward to using this as a classy, unique tote for work purposes (and beyond) but the interior (main pocket) is way smaller than the bag itself so it won't work. The dimensions make it seem like it would easily fit a portfolio/notebook, but it doesn't. It's a shame, I'll be returning this due to the size constraint. It is pretty, though. So, if you plan to use it just as a regular purse, go for it. As a classy work portfolio alternative, not so much.
