Very disappointed in this product. I am waiting to see if my grandaughter wants to keep it or not. It was a lot of money for something so small and cheap.

I love this luggage, but this small pick has torn up inside and it's maybe 1.5 years old. Yes, I've used it quite a bit, but for the price I paid, I'd expect years of use. The flaps that Velcro have come loose from the inside fold and the Velcro no longer holds together. I'm really disappointed in this piece, but the other 3 pieces are OK except they really catch every little scratch and scar.

I've had my Heys Britto luggage for about 2 years and I love it! Sure you're going to get scratches and scuffs but this happens to every hard case. you can easily clean it off with mild soap. I had a Samsonite hard side before and trust me it has all kinds of dings but it is still usable. I switched over to Heys Britto because a wanted something a more fashionable. I love my case and I have recommended it to my friends and family and they love it too!

I love this bag. The only thing I wish is that it was expandable. But overall, it fit everything I needed for an 8 day trip to Italy, and I had room for some extra purchases. I got lots of compliments, and it was great that I didn't have to worry about confusing it with any ones other package!

I love Zappos but I was very sorry that I was unable to return this bag. The first time I used it, it had a huge scratch on the side plus black scratches on the luggage. I was so disappointed. I couldn't imagine what company in its right mind would make such a beautiful bag and sell it without making it more durable! The third time I used it, it came out of the baggage claim area virtually on three wheels. I cannot believe the wheels didn't last any longer than that! What a piece if I may say so. Finally, even if the bag was quality, the interior design is such that whenever I try to open it, the clothes fall all over the place. Not a good purchase. I am not happy. The bag is too expensive for all of these problems. Do not buy it!

Can't miss this bag. It is great fun. I miss not having pouch on the outside of the bag for my stuff and the handle on the top isn't strong enough to strap on a computer bag, but it is beautiful and fun.

Love it! This is one of the best items that I have ever purchased. It is the absolute perfect travel case. It has a lot of compartments. The shell is super durable and it has an awesome elastic band that fits perfectly on the luggage. I purchased mine in the Exotic python print and love it. You have to buy this.
