This bag is really tough, but still looks good and is protective. It works surprisingly well when wheeling over pavement, and in the event that you need to carry it the handles are very comfortable - perhaps my favorite feature on this bag, it's amazing how little thought/consideration other companies put into the handles on their bags. Highly recommend this bag! Side note - it's worth noting that there isn't a wire rod running around the edge of the bag, but this shouldn't be a big issue for most as it allows the bag to be more flexible for oddly shaped items inside.

This is a perfect carryon. It is very light weight. It need to be packed pretty full in order to stand up. My son stole my first one, so I bought another! It fits under seats as well as in overheads. Wheels are sturdy.

The fabric is nice and the bag looks sleek, but the telescoping handle felt cheap and wobbly straight off the bat. On its maiden voyage, even with careful handling and under-packing, the plastic on the handle broke at one of the attachment points to the telescoping pipe. The bag was never checked in, only carried on. Big disappointment, definitely being returned!

I think the Lipault 20 wheeled duffel looks like a great bag. I was looking for a hopefully acceptable carry-on size duffel with wheels for rolling fast through the airport, and a shoulder strap/handles for carrying the bag over surfaces that one couldn't wheel on (I was surprised how few options there were). Saw this bag in a local travel store and really liked it (except for the price) and that is where Zappos came in. Really good saving on it and even in a color that I wanted. I had a duffel that I was traveling with for work and I was fine but I really wanted wheels and to be able to strap my briefcase on it for racing through the airport. My first trip (to New York) is in May for work and I can hardly wait. I don't pack a lot but I always manage to buy too many presents for my wife which makes for quite the stuffed duffel. This Lipault is the same size as my duffel and has the previously mentioned wheels and carry strap...it is so nice that my wife wanted one, I will update this review upon return from my trip, so far I am very happy with the purchase. Be on the lookout for the really cool couple with a chocolate brown and purple Lipault 2 wheel duffel carry-on, if you are in NY in May!

I love this suitcase! I just came home from a cruise and used this carry-on for a 5 day overnight land tour. It was just perfect and because it soft sided, it does expand. The only down-side: is that the orange color gets very dirty through the airport travel. I came home and tried to clean it with soap with moderate success. Get another color unless you like dirty luggage!
I got the brown wash bag to go with my purple Lipault suitcase, and was hoping it wouldn't be too masculine. It has a nice sheen to it, and could be used by either gender in my opinion. The two compartments nicely separate my lotions and makeup, and the inside mesh pouches work well for loose odds and ends and makeup brushes. The carrying handle on the end makes it easy to grab and go.
Excellent bag. Each compartment has a very convenient interior pocket, improving the possibility of keeping odds and ends organized. The aqua color is very attractive.

As someone who dreams of packing light and having nice looking luggage that would be easy to travel with on planes and trains in Europe, I thought this suitcase would be the answer to my prayers, but alas I am still looking for my dream suitcase. I got it in orange, and it looked great until I checked it one time and now it looks like it is about five years old because of the dirt and grime that it seems to have attracted when checked, once. Also, one of the plastic orange discs on the side is already ripped off and hanging by a thread. While it might wheel nicely when filled to half capacity, it is rather difficult to pull or wheel upright when it has 36 pounds of clothing inside of it. Although it says it is guaranteed for life, the guarantee states that any damage due to checking the bag is the fault of the airline, and will not be covered by Lipault. So, If you get a smaller bag and plan to never check it, you will love it. If you are traveling for a longer period of time and need to check your bag, I would keep looking, and if you find something you like please let me know. I am still looking.
I carried this bag to Oman and even through the gold market in Dubai. It is lightweight and the easiest luggage to handle I've ever had. Highly recommended!

Just got back from Singapore, Burma and Seim Reap. Was only allowed 20kg. So this bag was amazing!

Lipault 0% foldable luggage is a great find. Extremely lightweight, sturdy pull handle, cleverly padded side handles to be easy on your hands as you stuff it into the overhead bin, and folds to next to nothing - an important feature for an apartment-dweller like me. I started with the carry-on and have now bought the whole set.

Finally a bag that does not already weight eight pounds before it is packed! I especially enjoy the storage sections and the fabric. I have already received many compliments and comments. It is a great color. It is easy to store since it compacts into the provided storage bag. It maneuvers about nicely. It is highly recommended.
