Lucchese Reviews
By far the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. Great heel size, nice weight and great styling. Sizing ran one size up from my normal shoe size.
These are the softest pair of boots I've ever worn. I have another pair of Lucchese boots, 2000, but while they are soft these are way softer out of the box. Very well made and extremely comfortable. Looks way better than I thought they would. I had originally bought them to wear to work but I think I'll wear them out instead. A word on the size, I usually wear a 10D in Justins but based on other reviewers I decided to go down a half size and ordered 9.5EE. Glad I did.
First of all, let me say...wow! These boots are gorgeous! Better looking than in video or photograph. Distressed finished... can be worn with black or brown, jeans or a dress, leggings or shorts. Very versatile. I first ordered a 7 but had to get a 7 1/2. I have a narrow foot and they fit very well and are so comfortable. Beautiful boots at a great price and who can forget Zappos service?
It's true when they say no other shoe fits the foot like a lucchese!!! I have several pairs, and they are my everyday boots! Great fit, excellent support, they fit like custom. I have long narrow feet. LOVE this BRAND!!!! At first they really seemed too soft and flexible for a cowgirl boot, but the comfort and style won me over!!! Try them you will love them!
These boots have the wow factor in style, construction and comfort. I can wear these all day and my feet feel supported and happy. They are great for work under nice slacks, and equally wonderful with jeans. Expect compliments; people notice these! This is my third pair of Lucchese boots. I absolutely love them!
Holy Cow! The color of this boot is sure to catch many eyes; it's dark enough to be subtle but when the light catches that red it's on! Bought 9EE because I have a really wide foot and these actually fit really well. I wore them for 12 hours the first day I had them and my feet didn't hurt at all. This is a seriously great quality boot, and totally worth the cost. I can only imagine that these will last me a very long time (my old boots weren't half this price and lasted 10 years!) and I could not be more happy! These boots are going to look great when I'm rockin' and rollin' on stage, too!
I love these boots. It took 4 times to get the right size because they run really large! So many compliments. Just enough leopard to be noticeable but not overpowering. Really great typical Lucchese quality and such fast service from Zappos regarding all the returns to get correct size. Go down at least a full size to start! Also they were really comfortable from day 1. I have marginally narrow foot so they fit well for that.
I have always dreamed of a great quality pair of boots like Lucchese. I read like a zillion reviews and looked at a million boots before deciding on these. My dream became a reality and I was fortunate enough to find this pair on a steep discount. I absolutely loved them. Until today. I have not even worn these much just enough to break in anyways upon pulling these boots off today I nearly sent myself to the ER. I felt something rip into my foot and I told my husband that a nail was sticking into my foot and that we were going to have to cut the boot off. A nail from the inside of the boot was sticking into and stuck in my foot. I was able to unhitch my foot from the nail and shift it to the side and pull them off. A razor sharp boot nail dropped out of the boot. This is absolutely unacceptable. These were the most expensive shoes that I have ever bought in my life and the biggest let down. None of my cheap shoes ever managed to shank me. I am so disappointed in Lucchese. That was the most painful shoe experience of my life. They are drop dead gorgeous but apparently drop dead painful as well. There is absolutely no excuse. I am so disappointed in this brand and so is my pained foot.
Keepers! The leather on this boot is lovely, almost rough-sewn. I have a narrow heel and a relatively high arch. I ordered these in a 6.5, a half size smaller than usual. The boot has aggressive arch support which I decided I liked. My instep seems snug enough (like a firm handshake, so they say). The heel slips a little (normal). I tried the size 6 just to be sure, but they were too tight. I plan to look at Old Gringo for my next pair.
Zappos provided blazingly fast delivery (as usual). Wore the boots all day the first day; comfortable right out of the box. Needed to flex/bend the leather uppers to soften them around my ankle bone, but by day 2-3 they felt perfect! I've been wearing them virtually every day for 12+ hours straight ever since. This style is perfect with jeans and works well with business casual too. Because these are quality boots which can be resoled a few times over the life of the boot, the total cost of ownership is actually low. Will certainly purchase Lucchese in the future from Zappos.
This boot is absolutely beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice. The stitching detail adds so much pizazz to the boot without being over the top. I ordered 1/2 size smaller than my normal shoe size and it fits like a glove. Fantastic boot that is well worth the money.
This Lucchese boot is great! Lots of compliments and I feel good wearing them. I normally wear a size 10D but I had to go with a 9.5D. The only problem I have is that they scuff rather easily. I try to take an extra pair of shoes so I don't drive with them. Otherwise they are sweet!
Absolutely one of the most beautiful Lucchese boots I've ever seen. The color is a rich honey which the video does not convey.Soft and supple leather with excellent craftsmanship makes this a favorite boot for years to come.

I am wearing these boots today. They are just the ticket. They fit well and were exactly what I wanted. Lucchese is quality every time.
I read all the "these boots run very large" reviews a couple of weeks after I had ordered mine. I had bought a size 9 like I always do (I have four pairs of Luccheses now) and the size 9 was as perfect as the other Luccheses I own. The leather designs on the toes really do not match in color, but with all the busy leopard print going on, it is not obvious. They are great boots - I get at least one stranger compliment me each time I wear them. They are comfortable, fun, and eye-catching!
These are an all time low for Lucchese. Ugliest things I've ever seen. I own a dozen pair of Luccheses and lately all the new styles are horrible. It's almost a waste of time to click on the email link for their boots.
I'd been looking for a pair of boots forever and I finally picked these. I have to say they are just GREAT! Super comfortable with pretty much no break-in time. Even better looking in person. Zappos service was perfect as usual. I recommend them to everybody! M

The Lucchese story starts in 1880 when Sam Lucchese Sr. and his brothers came to America. He was just 17 years old at the time, but Lucchese knew he wanted to be a boot maker. Just three years later, the Lucchese Boot Company was born in San Antonio, Texas. In 1960 the founder´s grandson and namesake took over the family business and decided to rethink the art of boot making. Sam Lucchese Jr.´s fascination and understanding of the human foot inspired him to create a boot design that fit like no other. Although Lucchese´s one-of-a-kind
