Mara Hoffman

If you could purchase top and bottom separately, I might be able to make this work. I am a 32A and the XS top was great, albeit ever so slightly lose on the sides. I would have gone with it, but the band was a bit too tight around and the bottoms were a total deal breaker. I would definitely need a medium. Beware, bottoms are extremely skimpy, Brazilian style. I ordered a small too and they just barely covered my bottom "cleavage." I usually wear size 2-4 or 26 pants.

Such a neat suit! Colors are amazing and the details of the print are even better in person. For the price though you should be able to buy the pieces separately. I am bigger on the bottom so by the time the XL bottoms fit, the top was way too big. (runs pretty small) also, its definitely made of quality fabric, but the top has two defects where rubber is showing. I'm the only one who notices, but again, for the price, the suit shouldn't be falling apart. I loved the print and style of the suit so much, but it was definitely a poor choice of purchase. Perhaps I received a defective suit, as my other Mara Hoffman pieces have been pretty sturdy.

I had been eyeing this suit for months and finally decided to order the Totem Violet color for a trip. As other reviewers have stated, the colors are neon-bright; If you have scavenged the internet like I have for photos, these colors look the most stunning on medium/dark olive complexions (as pictured on the Mara Hoffman runway models). Unfortunately, the top of the suit's underwire cup is a fixed size. No matter how large you go, the cup size will stay the same (which is around a C cup). As a 30-32DD, the small size was too small in the cup, but perfect in the band. When I ordered the medium, the cup size was the same (too small!), and the band was huge! I normally wear a 4 and the small in the bottoms fit perfectly. Thus, do not order the top of this suit if you are larger than a C cup (D cups, you can attempt it, but it is unlikely that the cup size will fit). Otherwise, larger band sizes with small cup sizes will fit in the top perfectly. I am really disappointed that this suit did not work for me - I would have kept the bottoms, but the top design is what makes this a standout suit. I will be ordering the MH Ibis V-wire to see if that design fits better, but I really loved this design and the striking purple color.

I really wanted to love this suit but I didn't. The pattern and colors are great (brighter than pictured). Fits a little small(I usually wear a 0-2, I bought a small, which fit well). This suit is for someone who is long-waisted. On me, it made my waist look short and diminished my curves. For the price, I really had to love it to keep it, and I didn't. Also, it is likely to minimize your bust. For me, this was not a plus.

Absolutely stunning suit, the design, fabric and fit are awesome. Returning because the colors just didn't do it for me. I thought it was feminine pastel but in real life it's very bright neons.
