Nice boot, but a tad large. A closer look at all the Neil M shoes I've purchased show that about half are 8.5 EEE and half are 9 EEE. These 8.5 EEE are about half a size to large regrettably. Like other Neil M shoes, it feels like a high quality shoe!

This is a very beautiful and well made shoe.The leather is good quality and the cap toe styling is great for dressing it up or down.The shoe fits true to size.The only draw back for me and something to consider is that the shoe feels very heavy. While this is a credit to the solid craftsmanship you wouldn't wear it if you plan to do a lot of walking.

Very comfortable shoe right out of the box. Were a little creaky at first, but goes away after a short break in period.

This is my 2nd time buying these shoes. The first ones I bought lasted over a year of wearing them almost every day! Great quality and a nice blend of dress/casual.

Well made. Very comfortable for a guy with a narrow, flat foot. Wear them 5 days a week for work. Cannot say enough good about the shoes.

These shoes are a great deal at the sale price. Well-constructed, wonderful fit and finish, and trim, balanced proportions. Couldn't be happier.

I bought these as a 2nd pair of brown shoes to go along with my Allen Edmonds. They cost half as much, and although I would say the quality is a half a notch off the AE Ashtons, they are still an excellent shoe. I highly recommend this shoe.

I usualy buy rockport because the fit is alway perfect. Well I've finally found another brand with a great fit and great quality.

This is the first pair of American shoes I have bought since most shoes began to be made in China. These are made out of Bison skin and the look and feel blow away the Chinese made shoes that are much cheaper. Yes, they are expensive but not only do you get what you pay for but you also help support American workers.

These are beautiful shoes. They are easy on and off. They were broken in in a week. I had to order a full size smaller than what I normally wear.

Exceptional quality, comfort, and durability. Classic Irish walking oxford, out of the box felt like they belonged. Neil M. is my new best friend, especially since they make 14W sizes.

I have to say these shoes are so comfortable. Just got them today and I have been wearing them all day without any discomfort! I will definitely buy Neil M's again.

This is a beautifully made shoe in tan. very comfortable. I was sorry to send them back as I needed a wide to fit my left foot. (I don't see another shoe that I like as well.)

This is my second pair of Neil M. shoes and I am highly satisfied. They are very comfortable from the first time I put them on. They look like a very dressy rigid pair of shoes, but wear like casual shoes. The rubber sole wears amazing. The fit is the best part. They are sized correctly and are plenty wide. These shoes and brand are worth the price. I will purchase Neil M. again.

I've been wearing these shoes almost every day since they arrived. They're very comfortable and unlike many boat shoes I've had in the past, they never come untied! The removable padded inserts are a great feature. Since I need to wear custom orthotic inserts, it was easy to remove the ones that came with the shoes and replace them with mine.

I have wide feet (12 EEE) and it's very hard to find a shoe that fits me. This shoe fits, and it's the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. If I'm not wearing sneakers, I'm wearing Neil M's.

Fantastic shoe, my first Neil M. very impressed with style, quality and fit. I am very picky when it comes to shoes as I'm an 11eee and have always had a hard time finding quality shoes that fit properly. These were outstanding from the moment I slipped them on. I have worn them 5 times, and they continue to impress me.

I wear an 11 EEE shoe and have always had a hard time finding shoes that were comfortable and looked good. I put these on and knew they would become my favorite pair. I have stopped buying shoes you need to break-in, if a shoe doesn't fit properly from the first time you put it on, you have the wrong size or the shoe was not designed for your foot. These are my first pair of Neil M.'s so I didn't know what to expect. I was very happy taking them out of the box, they looked like a high quality shoe, the fit was perfect, and so far they are keeping my feet very happy.

This is a nicely-made shoe, but I didn't care for the leather-ish laces and the stiff sole. Something about the sole design seems to promote heel striking. I agree with the other reviewers who found that it runs large.
