Nine West

Important. I ordered the Night Natural shade, the name of which is very misleading - please note that it should read Light Natural which is what it says on the actual shoebox. I've notified Zappos of this error twice, but so far, it hasn't been fixed on the site. Otherwise, I've only worn these shoes a few times, but so far I like them a lot. They're very attractive and look great with capri jeans, and are relatively comfortable, although my heels do slip out of the shoes sometimes as I walk. The style is great, but I do think they're rather poorly made - usually Nine West shoes are better quality. The wood in the stacked heel is very roughly finished - not smooth to the touch at all, and the color of the leather is very inconsistent, with lighter and darker areas, if you look at them up close. I did order several other shades (which I returned) for comparison purposes, and found the other shades (Dark Natural and Taupe) to be much worse in terms of the color inconsistency - they even had some marks where the polish had almost completely rubbed off.

These are just so adorable and comfortable. I bought them for my teenage daughter, but I will be borrowing them soon. Just a classic shoe.

I love the style of this shoes, but never the less, I can't say much about it because this shoes are way too big for me and size 5 had always been my size. It felt like size 6.

I love this watch! I have a very narrow wrist, and this is one of the few chunky watches that I can wear (since it's wider than it is tall). My only complaint is that the color of the watch band is a little more lighter than the photo implies--I would have preferred a darker grey.

These are beautiful shoes! They are comfortable yet a nice high, flattering heel. The toe bed is not super small like some peep toes. The small platform in the front adds extra height and added support for your feet. They can be dressed up or down, casual or fancy. I wore them to a wedding and people were stopping me to tell me how great these shoes were! I also ordered the patent natural peep toes from Nine West which were also very nice. These shoes are a reasonable price, and they're gorgeous. I highly recommend these to everyone!

Very attractive shoe, looks better in person. Looks more like a warm silver color instead of pale gold.

Not the most comfortable wedge I've worn. A more flexible bottom would be good, and if the straps across the foot could be wider, as I do not have a wide foot but the shoe is cut small.

Lovely, but what a shame! I was in love with these shoes the moment they came out of the box. I so wanted them to be perfect...but the straps are way too loose for those of us with narrow feet. There is no support and the foot wobbles. The ankle strap is the only one that can be tightened. If you have wider feet, they should work. The neutral color is beautiful! They are steep and high though since there is no wedge to them.

I bought this and the Chinese Laundry "New Love" shoe in nude. I was surprised at how long it took me to find a pair of nude pumps that maintained some sensibility without being frumpy. For me the Chinese Laundry pair was a slight bit more comfortable (and a touch wider) so the Nine West got returned. Wasn't an easy decision though.

Wow, I ordered the shoes for my birthday (2-Business Day Shipping), and got them at my birthday, fast shipping. The shoes are awesome, comfortable, beautiful colors as expected. I love Nine West shoes.

These are nice shoes but they scuffed up pretty quickly. They also ran about a half size too large. In terms of looks it was exactly what I was looking for though.

Cute shoe for summer but too long for my foot with a pretty big gap in the ankle area. I sent back for 1/2 smaller and sizing down didn't help. My toes barely peeped past the last strap.

I love this shoe. Leather is soft and platform high. Yet shoe feels very steady. I bought it in blue, thinking about ordering it in black!

These shoes fit pretty well and true to size. For me, I thought the top part closest to the ankle was a bit loose (which I've experienced with another pair of Nine West shoes). Overall it's a nice shoe, very stylish, and relatively easy to walk in (considering the height of the heel).

You can never go wrong with Nine West. These shoes fit great and look great. The only fit problem, they pinched my toes. I usually only wear flip-flops, not heels.

Very cute, but the gold band in the design are not covered on the inside and the dig into your feet and hurt. I loved them but had to return them.

I bought the black with polka dot version of this shoe and they were gorgeous - I did have to reorder the next 1/2 size up. These shoes look great with pants & skirts and with the rounded toe are quite comfortable and don't pinch your toes. Great buy!

I ordered these because I was looking for very open sandals for summer. I like thongs but I was looking for more than the typical flip-flop. Something with straps to hold onto my foot better. I saw these, and since I have a couple other pairs of Nine West shoes I figured I'd give it a shot. However, when I got them I was a little bummed to find they not only were too narrow (and I wouldn't say my feet are that wide), but the straps were just not as sturdy feeling as they look. They were also uneven lengths - on one foot the straps fit perfectly, but on the other if I adjusted the buckle to the same hole as the other sandal, one strap would be too tight, causing the elastic to stretch too far. The sole was very stiff, which didn't allow the sandal to bend too much as I took a test walk in my apartment. This, of course, would cause the elastic to stretch even more. These aspects made me nervous and I felt the sandal, aside from the narrowness, was too cheaply made for the price. Sadly, I will be returning them, but since Zappos has a gazillion other shoes and a helpful way to find similar styles, I'm sure I'll find something else!

I absolutely love the style and fit of this shoe. The heel-height is just right, they look great with everything from business attire to jeans, and they're comfortable enough to wear all day and evening. My one and only complaint about this shoe is that the elastic material in the ankle strap is VERY poorly made and if the shoes are worn frequently, the strap WILL break. I had worn my first pair of this style maybe 5 times in the 3 weeks after I bought them and the strap broke at the end of my workday. The store replaced them free of charge, but now the strap on pair #2 is looking frayed already, so I expect it will break soon. Very disappointing because the rest of this shoe is fabulous!
