Nordic Ware

I've bought 2 of these pans, these are the greatest bundt pans I've ever had. I looking to buy one for my niece, who also like to cook cakes also.

This was my first attempt to make spritz cookies. It took me awhile to figure out how much dough to put in it and how to get the pump to engage. I like the variety of templates but found that a few did not work for the dough that I was using. It was a good product for someone who only uses it once a year and doesn't want to spend a lot of money.

I ordered the spritz maker because I have fibromyalgia and it is difficult for me to use a traditional spritz maker. The Nordic is easy to use. The cookies are nicely formed and consistent.

For making burgers, it works well, but cleaning is very bad. It has little triangular regions around the central circle, these fill with grease and are impossible to clean. But the burgers were tasty.

You wouldn't believe how perfectly the finished cake comes out of this pan. No oiling needed! Plus, the finished product is so darn cute. Note: consider this a bundt pan, it's quite deep, so your cake will need to bake longer.

After too many sorry looking cakes coming out of my old Bundt pan, I took Cook's (America's Test Kitchen) recommendation and bought the Nordic Ware Anniversary Pan. Results are excellent! Beautiful color, easy release. Easy to clean, also. A great buy!

This was a terrible purchase. I would not recommend wasting your money on this product. My husband and I bought this pan about a week ago, and after only one week of use, the non-stick coating is already peeling and deteriorating. To its credit, it did poach the eggs well, but clearly it was not designed for everyday use on a gas range. If you plan to poach eggs regularly, my advice would be to spend the money to get a higher quality stainless poacher.

This pan is built like a war tank and it's huge. It kicked my old bundt pan's booty. Buy this pan ,it's worth it the money.

The pan holds just under a cake mix box. The cakes come out nicely if you use a floured non-stick spray. The cakes did not look very detailed when they were first popped out of the pan, but after cooling they looked great. Got Llots of oohs and aahs!

I loved it. I bought this as a gift for a friend and she loves it too. I would definitely purchase this item again.

This was a good product, although it did come with a few blemishes. They didn't look like they would hurt the baking so I did not send the pan back. Let me say, Zappos rocks. They are the most customer friendly business I have ever encountered. I try to buy whatever I can from them.

I love Nordic Ware. I have been using these pans for 16 years and I get perfect pound cakes all the time. It\'s worth the price.

Not what I expected, poorly made and flimsy. Teflon scraped off the first time used (with a plastic spatula). Went in the trash without a second thought.

Easy to use. Cleans nicely. Fast personal treats for your little superstars and their friends. As a mom you rock!

It looked all over the metropolitan Detroit area for a pan this size with no luck. Nordic Ware is quality and I am thrilled to have it in my baking pan collection. Zappos, as always is terrific!

This Pan holds 12-15 cups, largest bundt pan of its class. Works very well if you follow directions. Grease every little crevice with solid shortening. Then flour and tap out extra flour. Alternatively, you can purchase a spray (for cakes) to do this. If you do this, cake will separate from the pan easily. You will have a pretty, intact form with lots of architectural structure. Cake bakes uniformly. No need to frost. I just put some powered sugar (or glaze) on top of it. Baker's Work of ArtWell Made Pan. Should last a lifetime if treated kindly. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is a great scone pan. Seems a little expensive for a plastic coated clunk of metal but it's worth it. The dividers provide a heating surface that cooks evenly through the center.They also make cutting up the finished scones unnecessary.
