As always, Zappos delivers. I ordered my Hawaii Sandals by Naot. In the picture they looked silver with black rhinestone strap across. When I got them the color was a green metal color. I needed to return them. Called Zappos, no issues, I ordered another color, they got to me front door in 2 days. I am still amazed how nice and efficient this company is, what customer service heaven should always be...And I love my new color and 2nd pair of Hawaii Sandals. Zappos is Shoe Heaven with all the bells and whistles.

These are great shoes that I was so sad to have to return. I have narrow feet so the straps were way too wide/high to keep a hold of my feet. Thankfully Zappos is awesome with their return/exchange policy.

I never thought I would spend this much money on a pair of shoes, but I also need something that fits and feels good on my feet and that I can wear more than 20 minutes! Although the sole is slightly stiffer than I am used to, and I was concerned about the thickness of it, I must say that these shoes offer the arch support and comfort that I have been searching for! Certainly a winner in my book, and I'm sure Zappos is delighted I have found a "keeper" after all the shoes I have returned!

Love these! My Orthopedic Surgeon was very impressed when he saw me wearing these at my 3-month post-surgery visit and is recommending them to his other patients who want a stylish shoe with excellent support. I love the suede insole that keeps my feet from stinking and the cork sole that provides cushioning. I don't think they run medium to wide width; I wear a AA or AAA width shoe and these fit with just a little extra room. The straps have an elastic insert that allows for wider feet. I am looking at more Naots because my very difficult to fit and extremely sensitive-skinned feet are happy.

I wear Naot boots all winter. Recently went on vacation and walked over 45 miles without so much as blister or hot spot. I tried 3 other pairs of Naot sandals and settled on these. Great looking, comfortable shoes. I had foot surgery 4 months ago and there aren't many shoes I can wear because of swelling, but these are fine. I think they run a bit narrow. I usually wear a AA or AAA width and these fit perfectly, with just a little looseness on my non-surgery foot. I love the rubber and cork sole and especially the suede footbed (no smelly feet or shoes). I will buy more of the Naot shoes.

I adore Naot sandals. They are stylish but yet good for your feet. If you have a high instep, this particular style might not be good for you because of the top strap. I normally wear a 34 Europe/4 USA and these fit true to size. This is about the 6 or 7 pair of Naot's I have and all cradle my foot with the footbed, are stylish enough to wear to work, and I can walk forever in them - never have the "break in" time that I usually need with new shoes.
