Very much too big. Ordering two more sizes down to see which one works. Will return the one that is too small.

My 12-year-old son has incredibly wide feet - these are perfect, with a roomy footbed and completely adjustable straps. He loves them; says they are super-comfortable! Also, they look terrific. I also just have to mention again the incredible customer service. I spoke to Clarissa, who had helped me with a sizing issue just a couple weeks before; I remembered her name since she was so fabulous, and she was equally fabulous this time! Thank you Zappos, for hiring people like her :)

Bought these for my husband who has very flat feet. He loves them and most Ecco shoes. The sandals are well made and offer him great support.

My husband wears these all summer on the beach and rivers and they give him great support

My husband loved these wears them everyday. That is something since he said he would never wear sandals without sox! No sox worn or needed here! Totally adjustable.

These are great sandals. I left mine in a hotel in Arizona. I got home and ordered a new pair. The hotel found mine. Now I have two different pairs. They are great sandals.

As always, Zappos was fast and customer service was prompt, I will always order from them and refer them to my friends. The quality of the shoes is excellent and both my husband and I order our shoes from Zappos.

These are very comfortable and fit as an ECCO is supposed to. Wide enough for my wide feet and a little larger than usual but not enough to stray from my normal size. Replaced old Teva's that were also excellent. Happy with these classy ECCO's though.

Attention people with narrow feet. I have six pairs of Ecco sandals - I live in them most of the year here in CA. With size 12 narrow (B width) feet I have spent most of my life wearing sandals that were too wide, flopping around uncomfortably. Then, I stumbled on a review of these sandals saying that they worked for narrow feet. And they really do! With the straps tightened, they fit my feet perfectly. The comfortably sculptured footbed keeps the foot in place. I have tried other "narrow" sandals and they are simply not as good as the Eccos, and all of the styles I have tried are comfortable "out of the box." This is a great product, very well designed and manufactured, that needs to be advertised as working for narrow feet as well.

Bought these for my husband to try along with the ECCO Yucatan. These were a little stiffer and the left too narrow and almost too short for his foot. Good support though but not 'all day comfortable' so we're returning them and keeping the Yucatan. Thanks Zappos.

I got these for my husband who wears his slippers everywhere and now he wears these Ecco sandals, thank goodness. He says he likes them a lot and they are very comfortable.

Awesome sandals, looks good and feels even better on your feet. Definitely would recommend these!

I have had these for a couple of weeks and they are the best. They required no break-in period and are padded in all of the right places. They are probably 30% more expensive than my other sandals but well worth the price.

I purchased this sandal in taupe/black before a walking trip in Italy. I have an extremely narrow foot and this was the only brand that would pull tightly enough. I wanted to buy the blue nubuck for this summer only to find that the Yucatan style has replaced the Offroad and the Yucatan does not fit at all.

Seem pretty solid, but quite heavy and not particularly comfortable. I really wanted to like this sandal, but the buckling of the side straps -- even after adjusting -- was the nail in the coffin for these.

Sandal looks great but comfort level is less that desired. "Cushion" sole is simply puffy fabric, not foam. You will be walking directly of the hard rubber that makes up the sole. I expected better for $100 sandals.

DEFECTIVE--Please, read. Be forewarned. Do NOT buy these. These cannot be bought with confidence. First, I have ordered shoes with Zappos in the past 10 years and Ecco and Cole Haun shoes with out problem. Those orders were seamless and the products were authentic and as advertized. I will submit that I knew quality for this Ecco shoe might have been less due to its price and inflation, but there was another problem. To the eye, the item I received looked fine. It was a really good thing I kept the box. So, the next day, I thought I better put these on. That is when it all came together. There was a small mark on the bottom of the shoe that looked like maybe they had been a return/restocked (cannot say for sure), but I did not really care because I figured that was irrelevant because Ecco is a a solid brand right? These had a little quality control sticker in the inner part of the strap to prove it! I have two Ecco older sandals like these and both are size 45 EU (11.5M US) and fit perfectly and they can be adjusted. The pair I received with this order was "defective," but in a way you only find out when you put them on. :-( The straps will not make it to the Velcro, except over the cardboard packing material. I am a slim tall man at 6'+ and weigh maybe 170 lbs...on the skinny side. The straps came out of the factory too short. And, small things I would normally not care about seem to also be part of the quality control picture. e.g., there are small holes in the leather intended to be part of the styling. They are intentional and part of the design. However, they vary in size and at least one was incorrectly (or not fully) punched out. Attention to detail is normally an ECCO trademark quality that has customers like me loyal. Things definitely happen, but they should not have made it out of the factory to the market. My last remark is I cannot help but wonder if these are counterfeit or knock-offs. I do not think Zappos would do this sort of thing intentionally. I think they got bad merchandise. The materials also seem like second or third class quality. I would not chance buying this shoe again--ever. I have my eyes on a different Sandal (The Yucatan...I own an old pair..that appears identical) by Ecco (and it costs more) , but now I have a bad feeling. I really appreciate the Zappos return policy, which I have never needed to use until now. Thankfully they do have a solid Free return policy. That is not true of some other I did business with in the past... I expect Zappos to refund my money without a hitch because that is how I know them. I trust this store. If that does not happen, then if I am able to modify this review I will and I will share the details. But for now I am staying positive. It is very inconvenient in a busy life to return products. Hauling a return into UPS during a busy workday (get a receipt, do not use a drop box). Again, after being burned at other shops...it is my sincere hope that this is not a Zappos business model counting on people to just throw out bad merchandise (hand raised..I have done this on occasion) due to the hassle of return. Printing out the UPS label was not hard and I had the packing. Take a cautionary lesson from my poor experience and please do keep your packing materials until you are sure you got what you paid for... Good Luck. I plan to buy the other Sandals from Zappos. Hopefully that will work out. Also, it is not my foot. LOL. Don't let it be yours! ;-)
