Wonderful shoe for work! Seems like good quality construction. I had the Keen Albanys for a year and a half until they wore out and decided to try a new pair. The leather seems to cover a bit more on this pair which may mean it'll last longer where the others wore out. Overall very happy after having them for over a week!

These work shoes (Keen Utility Tucson Low Steel Toe) were a perfect fit right out of the box. That is very rare for me because I have very narrow heels and very wide at the balls of my feet (due to bunions) with very low to practically flat arches. I generally wear a size 11-EE in most every type of shoe that I wear. So I bought the 11-EE and they literally fit my feet like a glove. So with that being said, I would say that they are true to their size and width. I am still in the break-in period, so I can only imagine that the fit will only get better. These work shoes also have the following safety features built into them that I am required to have to perform my job on a daily bases. Waterproof, non-slip outsoles, steel toes and they are electrical hazard rated. Even with all of these features built into them it's hard to believe they are so comfortable and so flexible right out of the box. To me they are well worth the money!!! Thanks Keen!!! For an Excellent Product and Thanks Zappos!!! For making it an enjoyable buying experience with extremely fast shipping!!!

Incredible shoes for a wide foot. Very comfortable, great lacing system and great for mix of office and field work; you can even hit the bar for a drink after and feel alright about your shoe selection. Headed there now!

Very comfortable work shoe. On my feet 8 hours a day on concrete and couldn't be happier. Padding is like having a pillow wrapped around your feet! Had them about a month and so far holding up very well.

Still in break-in mode, but so far it is a great shoe. Steel toe is a bit roomier than most and I find it very comfortable. Seem very well made and rugged. Not so heavy for a well built steel toe. I would recommend them.

The Tuscon Low Steel Toe has been such a worthwhile purchase. I have previously worn the Detroit and Pittsburgh low versions. The eyelets are a huge improvement. The shoe laces seem to saw through the ribbon style eyelets that are so common on Keen shoes. The ribbon style eyelets have been the one bad design feature in my Keens; and now the new round, metal eyelets in the Tuscon Low mean I have no negative observations. The steel toe that might scare purchasers away is not felt in Tuscon the foot box; and the Tuscon steel toe does not create a walking hazard when ascending steps. The 25.7oz/28.58g weight does not feel heavier than my previous Keens. I wear my Tuscon Lows everyday. I'm confident that the shoes will keep my feet safe, dry and comfortable in any work mode.

The best work shoes Yet! Got my first pair over a year ago and they held up really well! The most comfortable and waterproof.

I've only had them a couple of weeks, but they seem to be very well made are comfortable, especially for a steel toe. Love Keen shoes!

Have been wearing them for 7 months. Work in a warehouse, "safety shoes" are required. I walk, a lot. All day. Fast, slow, big steps, shuffling, pushing, reaching, bending, getting down, getting up....you get the idea. I was wearing boots, but after a while, they were taking a toll on my feet and knees. Decided to try "safety" sneakers. Ordered a couple different kinds, these were the most comfortable out of the box. They are amazing. After a couple months my knees felt almost brand new from the wear and tear the boots were doing. My feet are no longer sore(or as sore I should say, walking all day will never be comfortable) as they were with boots. No problems with the stitching, bottom, heel, laces, anything. And these shoes do get abused. Never had to try out the water proof except the occasional walking in the rain, and no problems there. I do wear Dr. Scholl's Work Inserts with these. I will never go back. Keen changed my life. Do other brands work just as good? I don't know, and don't care. Price is worth protecting your feet.

It's been about a month but I'm really liking them. Solid, sturdy feel when walking but still fells light like a tennis shoe. As described. The only thing I've run into, and it's not a deal-breaker by any means, is laces that loosen due to slippery material (could be an isolated issue, I suppose) - I simply double-knot them and it's fine.

Great work shoe with the protection in the toes. I bought the 13 wide because I wear heavier socks for work, and they give me the room needed for the extra thick sock. They look like a walking shoe, and that's what I liked about them. Feel great, fit fine, and would order them again.

These shoes were a perfect fit as I have somewhat narrow heels but long toes and wider foot with low arches. This shoe had it all. I am on feet 13 hours a day and 7 days a week on oil rigs (on the bridge, not on deck). I never had a single sore spot or blister and could have slept in these. Now looking for a non-steel shoe that has the same exact fit. Thank you Zappos for having patience while I find the perfect shoe.

One of the best work boot ever. I'm on my feet all day and the keen comfortable work shoe ever, I walk all day around the warehouse and they look great even going to corporate meetings.

I have narrow feet and high arches. Some shoes are to wide at the heel. These Keen Utility Tucson Low Steel Toe fit snugly. I work in a warehouse, on concrete floors, constantly walking and lifting. These shoes worked great on day one. They are heavier than expected and stiff, but they felt and worked good providing great support. My last pair of work shoes were steel toe sketchers that got torn apart in a few months. I hope these will last a year given the reinforced-rubber-protected-toe. I just wish they didn't empty my wallet they way they did (Ouch!). Great shoes!

Most comfortable steel toe shoes I have ever worn. True to size and width. Good flexibility for a steel toe work shoe. All Keen shoes have a generous amount of room in the toe area. I read a review by another person that had issues with quality and stitching. No such problem with the shoes I recieved, quality and stitching is excellent. I'm very happy with these.

This shoe is definitely roomy in the toe area so your foot doesn't feel claustrophobic. It's feels maybe 1/4 of a size too big but not enough to switch out size, this is probably due to the steel toe area. These are my first pair of steel toe shoes ever, and despite such they are not too bad.

This is my 3rd pair of Keen utility shoes. They all fit great and offer almost all day comfort. These are a little on the heavy side, and after 12 hours, I do feel the weight.

Shoes were as described, although I found the length to run about a 1/2 to big. The shoes seem to slip at my heel even when wearing wool socks.

I've worn these shoes for 6 weeks now and overall, they are a good fitting shoe. The first 3 weeks of wear was painful in the heels and ball of the foot, I attribute some of that to the shoe and it's lack of arch support, but mostly to the standing and walking on concrete for 8 hours a day. These shoes are good, and the tennis shoe style was why I bought them. That being said, my next pair of steel toes will be boots that offer more support.

These are good Keen's, more pricey than the Detroit's or Atlanta's, but they hold up a little better too. Compared to the Atlanta Cool, a much better lace system. They seem to be heavier than the other styles though, which over time contributes to the comfort factor. Overall a good shoe.
