Rieker

Very comfortable boots but they fall apart very quickly. For the price, it should last a little longer than a year in normal wearing conditions. Not a good investment.

I ordered this boot and two from Merrell. This boot was the best as it did not pinch the back of my leg. I am planning to use the boot on a trip to Europe in the fall, so I probably won't have an opportunity to wear it for a few months. I was a little disappointed with the sizing as it felt large. This means an extra pair of socks. The calf of the boot was also a bit large. Fortunately, it adjusts. I may need to bring it to a cobbler to have a few more holes put in to make it contoured to my leg. (I am a runner and evidently have smallish legs.) On the bright side, I can wear virtually any cut of jeans and have them tuck in without problem. The cushioning system is not as good as Merrell but the boot is also a little more dressy. It should be noted that the boot has a wrinkled leather finish. I like it, but I would imagine others may think it too "unusual" for a semi-casual boot. It is not the "perfect boot" but it is far superior to most. A compromise that I will need to make when wanting both comfort and fashion...something appropriate for the streets of Paris.

A little short in the toe, but still fits. The biggest issue is the stitching on the inside -- it's cauterized and quite painful. Not sure why any designer thought that was a good idea.

A wonderful shoe. I love the quality of the leather. The color is a wonderful neutral that will complement many ensembles. The heel is high enough without being too high for my old feet. Overnight delivery = immediate gratification. Zappos is the best.

These are comfortable, fun, lightweight shoes right out of the box. I really like them. And the color is so neutral that I find I can wear them with most everything. A good purchase for me.

Adorable shoe, but felt way too flimsy. I guess that is how the material is supposed to feel, but I got the impression that they wouldn't last very long. Also, because the closure is a snap button, I couldn't tighten it, and it was loose around my ankle. Granted, I have very thin feet and ankles, so that may be why. Also no arch support for people with high arches. While I think they are cute and classy, I couldn't justify keeping them for the price.

It is an elegant shoe with true comfort. Already during the first day I was able to wear this shoe for many hours with great ease. Usually I have more difficult feet due to a hallux that causes discomfort with some narrow shoes but these shoes are made of a flexible leather that truly shapes to the size of your foot.

This is such a darling shoe. It is comfortable and goes with skirts, shorts and jeans. It is easy to take on and off with the velcro strap. The color is a brownish grey. I have a bunion and the vamp covers it . The leather is luxurious!

Super comfortable, looks stylish. Just the right amount of heel.

I have other Rieker shoes and sandals which I love, but this design has some fit problems with the front straps (and diagonal adjustment), and I had to return them. I have fairly wide feet, but had to tighten the diagonal velcro way down to keep the front of the sandal from flopping around - and once I did that, the straps on the other diagonal poofed out and lost contact with my foot (leading to more flopping around). So they may work on some feet, but the design just doesn't seem well thought out, and is not very adjustable.

On my size 10s, these sandals make me look like godzilla feet! They would be a great funky look on someone with, say, under a size 9 foot. Also, they are rather wide. However, they feel very comfortable. Alas, back they go.

Love these shoes. Just had bunion surgery about 5 weeks before I ordered these. I needed something that was adjustable in the toe to wear as soon as I got out of my boot. These fit the bill perfectly. At first I had to put an extender on the velcro but now that I'm 7 weeks out from surgery and the swelling is better, I don't have to have the extender. I've worn these shoes every day to work and they're extremely comfortable.

Rieker uses the best leather. These shoes are like stepping into the smoothest silk. the other feature I like about Rieker's shoes is that they make sure the insides are smooth as well and there is never any chafing because of strangely patterned insoles or hard stitching. These are well worth the money! I wish they came in a variety of colors. The only drawback, if there is one, is that they are European sizes and therefore not my exact size!

I recently from Germany and Rieker is everywhere! Germans know how to build a show that is lightweight, comfortable, and good for long walking. I found a pair of these shoes exactly but the brand was Puccinni. Turns out I bought them 2 sizes too big. I gave them to my friend who adores them, and adored these Riekers for myself. Very comfortable. True to size. Food bed is cushioned and easy to stand on and walk on for hours. Feet don't slip. I have small wide feet and the leather stretches comfortably, the heel is not too high (I have ortho issues), and I get compliments on these wherever I go because of that fantastic colorful weave. I am extremely pleased with these lightweight yet durable shoes.

Very cute and comfortable right out of the box! I am size 8 M and I ordered 39. They fit perfect! I love the rich leather, style and stability of the sole. Thank you, Zappos!

I absolutely love these boots. I actually wear them with the sheepskin on the inside and love the style. The leather is very soft and I get a lot of compliments on them.

I think these are my favorite shoes that I have ever owned. They are exactly the right balance between comfort, style, practicality, and femininity. They are beautifully crafted, and the gray is perfect for transitioning between winter and summer colors. This is my first pair of Rieker shoes and I will definitely shop this brand in the future.

This is my first time trying Rieker. Overall I am happy with it. Two complaints: the sole is thin, will be a lot more comfortable if thicker with softer materials; it's kind of narrow for me. Also there is a small flaw after I wear them for couple days, but not too critical. Good air flow which is the main reason I wanted to try Rieker.

This is the 5th pair of Rieker shoes I have purchased from Zappos and I'm in love all over again! They are very comfortable and have lots of pizazz.

This is a great gladiator- style casual sandal! Very comfortable and neutral leather goes with most everything.
