Romika Reviews
Romika are always my go-to shoe. I've purchased many different styles over the years and the fit is generally perfect for my problem feet (bunions). I purchased one pair of these and quickly went back for two more pairs in different colors. Very cute and so comfortable! I wear a size 6W in most shoes but find a 36 in Romika (US 5 - 5 1/2) is usually the best fit for me. They do run a bit larger than most shoes. And Zappos and you're the best!
Super cute and a versatile color but couldn't get the right fit for my feet, which are on the narrow side but usually can fit a medium width fine. The heel strap on these has elastic but no buckle or adjustment mechanism, so my usual size was too loose and kept falling off. One size smaller was too short and my toes were hitting the front. Seem like they would be comfy on a wider foot...sadly, not for me.
This sandal was comfortable, but runs a 1/2 size too big. It seemed a little loose across the strap by the toes, but that may be because it was too big.
I purchased these for an upcoming trip where I will be doing a lot of city walking. I read good reviews of this brand and thought I'd give them a try as they look deep enough for my foot. Unfortunately the "v" in the front of the shoe cut too close to my bunions and the shoe was overall way too big (although the width was good). I also didn't like the velcro closure for the buckle. It didn't seem to be holding very well and I prefer something a little more secure.
These are great shoes! I'm not sure how its possible, but they are way more comfortable than my Dansko clogs...and more stable. I kept rolling my ankle in the Danskos, hence why I decided to look at some other options for my time in the clinic. Don't let the heel scare you away! They are super comfortable and totally solid - I've worn these for 12 hours + and never had the ball of my feet hurt (or have my ankle roll running around - and yes, you can actually run in these!). My one complaint is that they are a little delicate - I stubbed my toe on something and a small piece of the leather pulled away at the site of impact. The heel also got banged up somehow and has a tiny chunk missing. No one else will probably notice these things, and I'm willing to overlook them for the comfort, but I am a little disappointed they are not more durable. One other thing - I ordered these large and the size I kept (I am an 8.5 so I straddled the size options). The large ones looked super dowdy and ugly, but when I got the correct size, they transformed into super cute little clogs - the pictures do not do them justice. They look great with tights and a skirt/dress, as well as peeking out from underneath dress pants.
Bottoms squeak on tile floors - not good for teaching school. Right shoe perfect. Left shoe comfortable, but when walking had to grip shoe with my toes to keep it on and thus ended up with severe shin splint. Love the look, but can't wear this pair...must be a flaw with left shoe only.
These are the shoes I "go to" for all flying trips or anytime I'll be standing for prolonged periods of time. I have worn this exact pair out completely and I'm here to buy another pair. Wonderfully comfortable and perfect arch support (for me).
I love these shoes. The first time I put them on they felt wonderful. They fit perfect and are very comfortable for walking. I would like a pair in a lght color for summer. Hopefully Romika will make this same shoe in a light color.
These shoes are absolutely fantastic. It is nearly impossible for me to find shoes that fit, wear well, and do not press or slip in all the wrong places. I wore these shoes out of the box and they are only getting more comfortable. I am a true size 7½ normal to wide width and I got size 38. They fit perfectly. There's room for my toes with no crunching and no slipping at the heel either. These are not a sneaker, they are casual shoes. They are ;sneaker-inspired but do not wear or look like sneakers. They are gorgeous European-looking casual shoes. I have the brown leather and it goes so well with jeans. I live in a very hilly city and these stay put and comfortable going up or down hill and on rough city pot-hole ridden streets; indoors they are a charm. The bottom is very supported and this is where it makes all the difference. I have a callous or bunion or something below my right pinky toe and every other shoe hurts like heck when I walk more than a few minutes; these shoes do not hurt at all. They keep pressure off the ball of the foot and the toes.
Extremely comfortable! They do run a bit wide which is okay with me. The lining on the straps are soft and will never rub you the wrong way.
Very nice-looking and comfortable shoe. Well made. Sizing information is incorrect. I am a size 7 and usually order a 37. Sizing for this shoe advised ordering a 38, which was huge! Am sending back and getting the 37 instead.
These sandals are very comfortable. The inside feels extremely soft on my feet, the padding is excellent and flexible. I have owned most high end brands of sandals and these are my favorite. Instead of wearing several different pairs through the warm months I am finding myself wearing these exclusively.
This is one of the most comfortable sandals I've ever bought. Very light on the feet and pretty, too.
These are a little darker (blue jeans color) than the picture, but super cute and comfortable. I have a bunion and they are wide enough and soft enough to accommodate.
These shoes are very comfortable & have great arch support like all Romika shoes I have bought. But I was looking for navy sandals, and these in blue aren't as dark as they look in the picture. Plus, the first time I put them on, blue color rubbed off on my toes (and my feet were dry). I have two other pair of Romikas and that has never happened before. Not sure whether I will keep these because of that. Seems like a quality issue to me.
