This is a great product if you do not fly American Airlines. They ripped the telescoping handle right off my luggage on my last trip. Their comment, "Not responsible for telescoping handles" even if they are snapped into the recessed position upon delivery to the airline.

This suitcase was well worth the money. My husband and I travel quite often and we need cases that will last more than one business trip and this is the one! So light weight!

Fantastic bag. Very spacious. Needs a handle on the flap and a drink holder but overall a great everyday bag.

Well...it is a nice spinner case but when you fill the front pockets the spinner has a tendency to flip over so you cant fill the front with a lot of stuff, ex books, PC or any small heavy pieces. The case by itself is good looking and has a good capacity of storage.

Great bag. Tons of room and still very slim. Great for traveling or a mobile sales person. The shoulder pad could be better but its a minimal issue.

I love the look of this bag. I have checked this bag 4 times so far and it is showing some signs of wear but is still nice looking. I held off writing this review until I had the chance to travel several times to see how it did. Overall I am very happy, even with a few battle scars the look is still sleek and professional. This was a replacement of a soft sided zip top bag of the same size. It seems to hold more and my clothes come out with less wrinkles. The wheels glide smoothly on a hard surface but takes a bit to get moving on carpet. I would recommend this bag and I would by it again. I think it's a winner for the price.

It certainly does not hold all 17 inch laptops because it does not hold my new Dell XPS 17 inch.

Very versatile. I found this suitcase extremely comfortable to handle because of it's rotating wheels. It's a great size; it's big enough to fit all of my important luggage and small enough to be easily handled.

It's a good bag with lots of storage, but like others have said, it really needs a strap or hook on the top. Other than that, totally solid.

Great bag! Only thing missing is a handle on top of the bag if you are not using the strap. Otherwise its a great bag for the price!

This product was an exchange for a Christmas gift that wasn't usable (a wallet for a computer travel bag). The Zappos policy of having a year to make any changes allowed the time to find a more useful item in exchange for the original gift. The messenger bag is extremely well designed; large enough to hold the 17 inch screen laptop securely, as well as other pockets and spaces for multiple items. It is easy to handle and the bottom has additional padding for protection. The only improvement could be a handle stitched near the top so one would be able to carry it like a briefcase as well. Free shipping for return of the original item was effortless; delivery of the exchanged item was very fast. The Zappos experience is a delightful way to shop online; next best thing to being in a store.

Very functional bage. Fits my 15.9 inch Laptop with HP sleeve well with room to spare. Bag is large, almost too much so. Great pockets, almost a office in a bag. Seems tough and durable after a months use. Great, except for style. Design is a little bland.

This luggage is nice and light with lots of pockets. The wheels make it very easy to navigate busy airports. The extended collapsable handle really helps as well. I wish this piece didn\'t have the expander it just lends to the bulkiness of the bag.

It’s quite spacious inside and can easily hold laptop, files, and also clothing. Rolls very well when pulling or rolling sideways, but does not push well. The handle started out quite sturdy and has gotten somewhat wobbly over time.
