Quite happy so far "ah the pitter patter of tiny feet in huge combat boots" they are cute combat boots, not clunky. Ordered both the the wide and the reg...huge difference. Toe box in the non wide boot was very narrow, you should be able to move your toes when wearing footwear. Returned the non wide pair asap. Both pairs seem to have been tried and returned, it seems without even going to Zappos quality control, they were laying in the box quite disheveled...not much of a problem just kind of odd. Still wondering if they will break in nicely, the leather is quite stiff. Will put them to the test in walking around the city, hopefully they hold up. As long as they don't become soaked in the rain, I'd be happy. Glad they went on sale. Hoping the sole doesn't split like I have read in reviews. The heel is larger than I'm used to, but hey 2" more when you're 5'2" is kinda cool. We'll see if they make it through what the PNW this at 'em.
Very sturdy and comfortable. Recommend thick socks and ordering 1/2 size up. Great sole grip and secure ankle.
Very comfortable and super cute! I get a ton of compliments. Lacing on arch support.
These are great! they are really comfortable and stylish. I have 6 pairs of Timberland boots and am a true 8 in all of them. This style runs just a taaaaad smaller than most (rubbed my heel/ankles for the first 4 days but eventually wore them in). If you plan on wearing anything more than a thin sock, maybe consider ordering half a size up.
Extremely comfortable and easy to put on. I normally wear a 7.5 and 7.5 was fine. Yes little snug the first couple of hours but felt perfect shortly thereafter. Highly recommend.
I am a size 9, but I needed a size 10 for these boots. Having figured that out, they are awesome! Perfect with skirts or leggings or jeans! They are insulated, so I am not using them much in warmer weather, but for fall, winter, and spring they are fabulous.
So I'm not a "shoe head," and I don't buy shoes often. When I do, they're usually some sort of comfy sneaker (Adidas, Vans, etc.) because I'm a tshirt-and-jeans casual dresser. I also don't typically buy shoes that cost more than ~$50-60. Here's the thing though. I saw these and was immediately obsessed. Literally could not stop staring at them. They're the perfect balance between casual/comfy and dressy. So far, I've worn them pretty much every day for about a week. They're pretty light and very comfortable, especially with the mesh towards the toe that allows for wiggle room/breathing room. I usually wear a 7.5 in sneakers (7.5 wide in heels), but as the other reviews mention, these shoes run on the narrower side. That being said, the 8 fits me perfectly. If you plan on getting these (which, I mean, GO FOR IT), get a 1/2 size larger and you'll be set! :]
This boot looks good and feels good. After a few hours they do get me a bit tired, But they are a great boot to have
Nice boots, fot true to size, zappos is the sh!t!!!
Love the style and color. But wished it was a little more breatheable. Great price to boot too (pun not intended).
