Tretorn Reviews
Shoes are light and simple. Some of the stitching has already pulled out in my few weeks of wearing them. Also, the white canvas got dirty pretty quickly. But, overall, I like them as a everyday summer shoe option.
With boat shoes becoming popular again but not really wanting a "boat shoe", I opted for these. They're very comfortable and easy to get on and off. I like the big bubble texture footbed, massages my feet. I wear them without socks so we'll see how that holds up and how they hold up overall. The canvas is thin and lightweight but doesn't feel cheap and hopefully will last a while. Good shoe.
Love these shoes! Wore them constantly in the '80s and love having them again. No support of any kind but a great slip on shoe.
I like the look of this boot, and it did keep my feet cozy and dry while waiting for the bus. However, I would not buy it again, because the liner came loose and started to bunch up in the boot whenever I would put them on. It was very uncomfortable. I finally took the liners out, but now the boots are pretty loose.
I love this brand and this is a great summer shoe. I had to return my pair because they arrived with a small stain, but I will be re-ordering them. They are very comfortable, light, and trendy.
These boots are cute and comfortable but self destructed after only a couple of months of wear.
If you are looking for a casual rain boot that's a little different from everyone else's, this is it! These are such a dark navy that it's hard to tell they're blue and not black, which makes them quite versatile. These are comfortable enough to wear them all day. The yellow can be folded up for an all navy boot.
Warning - these are not the Tretorn Nylites of even 10 years ago. All the padding has been removed. More like a Converse low top. Almost false advertising by Tretorn. Very disappointed. High praise for Zappos, on the other hand! Great, fast service.
I have tried many, many different styles and brands of rainboots but because of my athletic calves (which I never realized are bigger than average), the top of the boots never fit. However, these fit perfectly and are actually a tad big - but with the buckle on the calf, the size is easily adjustable. I am quite pleased!
These are great boots. For quite a while we've been looking for boots that my husband could slip into with or without socks when he's fertilizing the grass, spraying on weed killer...or working under the dock...or after one of our major rains. These are perfect. They have a soft lining, they fit true to size, and pull-on just hard enough that you don't walk out of them. I recommend them highly. Hose them off and they look like new again, and although not 'cheap'...many boots out there cost a lot more.
A classic style for a reason. These shoes are a great fit, light weight and sturdily constructed. A great fit for knocking around on the weekend.
Poor workmanship on the inside. Inside not as soft/cushiony as the old model. Outside looks the same.
Awesome rain boots! Nice, simple design. Comfortable to wear.
Very comfortable shoe, true to size and is a great shoe for around the house. I especially enjoy it while driving long distances, has good grip and you don't think you are even wearing a shoe.
Great looking shoe. Goes with pretty much everything casual. Do not wear this shoe where you might get stepped on or something spilled on your shoe...it will not come off...easily.
I specifically bought this rain boot because everyone said that it fit her larger calf, and these barely fit mine. My calves are exactly 16 inches in circumference, and they just fit when I purchased them. Now, a few months later, and a few pounds smaller, they fit a little less snugly, which is nice. I'm also 5 feet tall and these almost hit my knees, but aren't overpowering. A wonderful, practical rain boot for those with larger baby cows.
These are a high quality rubber boot purchased for my daughter. She has a wide foot with a high instep and these fit great. I was so impressed with the construction that I bought a pair (same brand) for myself!
I bought these shoes to trek around Disneyland. They are cute, stylish and I got lots of compliments! My only complaint is that the tongue is made of plastic, which would be very uncomfortable if you don't have fairly thick socks.
