Beautiful color! Came fast and looks great in my otherwise dull kitchen.

I have waited years before I found the Wusthop knives. To me they are the top of the line. Their always sharp and comfortable in the hand to use. Give these knives a try and you will never use any other.

This knife is amazing! It cuts through potatoes like they are butter! Be careful, though, the first time I washed it it cut right through the sponge. I'm definitely going to add the 8" knife to my collection as soon as possible. Would buy Wusthof again.

Used it only for a month: so far very good. Well balanced, fairly sharp. Enjoying using them. Cutting time for meat reduced in half. My wife also like it. One drawback: Cutters are for a large hand. My wife had a small one and she hardly can open it to get flower or else in the holding notch.

Wusthof block is made of a rich, brown stained walnut. Great quality. Looks great and was perfect gift idea. I wish now that I could replace my own Wusthof block.I am new to Zappos - and love it! One of my gifts had to be returned due to size - was such an easy process.

After reading reviews on other brands, and styles within Wusthof, I sent this set to a friend as a gift. She has never owned good quality cutlery before, and she couldn't be happier. I also ordered the steak knife set for her, and those she cannot stop talking about! I am very pleased with the classic set. Based on what others have said, it is better to invest a little more even within the Wusthof line.

Gets the job done at a reasonable price. Protects knife edges, and fingers that poke around in the drawer.

Heavy duty quality, plenty of slots for small and large knives. This is the fourth Wusthof knife storage tray I have purchased.

Got it to open young coconuts and works very well but noticed has a small bend in the blade. I'm not sure if it came that way or bent during use.

This is a great knife. I like it so well I'm ordering more of the same brand name.

This cheese knife works! I don't understand the design involved, but cheese doesn't stick to this knife after slicing. Cuts smoothly through hard cheese as well as softer cheese. Unaware of this clever cleaver devise until finding it at Zappos.

Pay a bit more for the best. Broke several other brands. Finally saw this one. Sturdy, serviceable, easy to use/store.Breaks down for washing.

Buy nice, not twice. Do yourself a favor and buy a nice set of knives that will last a lifetime and do anything you ask of them. Well worth the money.

I haven't yet compared these to the higher end Wusthof knives, but so far, they have been great! The blades are very sharp, and have held their edges for six weeks without honing. My only complaint is that when you first pick a knife up it feels pretty light - as if the handle is made of really low end plastic - but when used, they are wonderful!

I absolutely love this knife! VERY sharp - which is exactly what I was looking for! Given the fact that I could not afford the Shun Elite 4 1/2" Chef's Knife at this time, I bought this knife - and must say it is definitely worth every penny. If you need a knife that takes little to no effort on your part when it comes to prep work and more, this is the knife you have been searching for. I got several of these for Christmas gifts and they were a huge hit. My husband, who is a knife snob, said this is his new favorite. Of course, the best part was the ridiculously fast (and free!) shipping.

My husband requested this knife. He spends lots of time in Florida during the winter and "needed" a tomato knife after enjoying ours at home. Makes his slicing easy. Thanks Zappos for overnight shipping too.
