For the price these are great sandals. I was replacing an older pair but couldn't justify almost twice the cost of this model just for more decorative/styled straps. The fit is true to size, and only takes a couple of wearings to break in. These are great for around town, short hikes, or water activities. Overall 5 stars when factoring in cost.

My son and I both have weak arches and require a deeper heel bed for support to avoid turning our ankles, and we both have a pair of these. Being 12 he was concerned about wearing the same kind of sandals as his mom, but after he tried them on and walked around in them, he got over it quickly. They are lightweight, very comfortable, and they dry quickly when they get wet. They are very easy to clean when they get dirty or a bit smelly after an active day treading in dirt, sand, or mud. They are perfect for the beach, spending time boating or rafting, or just walking around town. I wear an 8 1/2 typically, but ordered these in an 8 and that worked fine. We love these and hope Teva never stops making them. We’ll add to our collection as they add other colors!

After using the HURRICANE XLT for a month, I only have positive comments about it.
They are quite comfortable in different types of conditions, walking in the mall or in the field, I can use them all day and they are quite comfortable, the size chart is very precise and they fit perfectly.

I've been buying Teva's sandels of this type for the past 30 years. The only kind I'm willing wear honestly. They keep on updating the durability and quality since the "original universal" version that I had back in the early 90's. Great job! Perfect for those who can hacky sack as well. It will give you an edge on the competition.

I am usually always outside and these are perfect for anytime I go kayaking or fishing or water crossing in general. They are also great for rock climbing because I can wear these and easily put on my climbing shoes fast.
