I'm a 15, bought a 14 (15's are out of stock). Fits well and comfortable. Have to get used to the process of putting them on and taking them off. Otherwise, they seem good.

Good product. Bad fit for me.

The fit was good the style is minimalistic. How to tighten or loosen them is unclear. So at first it felt like the fit was incorrect but ultimately I figured out how they work and then the original size I bought was right on.

I ordered the 9 and the 8 and the 8 was perfect and sent back the 9. My 2 complaints are you don't have a clip for closure strickly a pull close. As a result I have to constantly tighten them. The second complaint is you carry men's in wide but not women's therefore I had to buy the men's so I was limited on style and color.

The sandals had great potential fairly comfortable and decent support for a sandal. However, this was is the most difficult shoe to put on and adjust. I went thru several iterations on trying to get the fit right, at one point enuff was enuff. Too much difficulty trying to put on a darn shoe, returned. Such a shame.

Bought these for my 20-year-old son who wears anywhere between a 12 & 13--more often a 13--and he needed to size down to a 12. He also preferred the "Lowdown" version instead of the ZCloud 2; the ZCloud was heavier than he expected / wanted.

Not a huge fan of the toe strap, but otherwise great sandals. Comfortable over long periods of time.

Great shoes except - yeap! - the toe! The entire reason I bought them is the one thing about these that drive me crazy. It is difficult, no matter your experience with Chacos, to get the toe just right and keep the straps from loosening or tightening around it. But, I still wear them! Because despite the toe issue, Chaco makes a great shoe!

My son wears an 11 in everything....except this shoe....he had to tighten it until he couldn't tighten it anymore and now we are re-ordering in a 10.

Love the new softer footbed - it really is much more comfortable. The only downside I can see is that the softer material allows the straps to move more easily. I notice I fuss more with the straps. Perhaps this will change once I break them in.

the insert for the big toe was really tight and hard to manuver

Zappos sent me shoes that were clearly pre-worn. The shoes of the shoes are full of dirt. The shoes themselves had no label and the box was in poor condition. I am extremely disappointed by this, I bought these shoes for a vacation I'm going on in two days and now I will not have sandals. Pretty upset, not certain I will ever use Zappos again, and I have been a customer for years who has bought many shoes through the company. Unacceptable.
